The administration police should not be merged with any other force, but it should operate like the Kenya army, thus should have the dept.as armed forces constabulary to consider those who retired back into the force.Those who were dismissed but have enhanced in the security industry to be considered back into the force.
The administration police should be merged by the Kenya army and introduce the armed forces constabulary where by all the administration police men who were dismissed on minor offences should be reinstated back.This will help to reduce crime in the country.

The inspector General should be the in charge of police while the commandant General should be the in charge of Administration police. There is no need to place the two forces under one commander.

The exams done yearly by the admn police should be improved to give them awide touch on other law other than penal code
