Very Shocking: Eleven Kenyan women and a foreigner have been arrested in Nyali, Mombasa after they were found shooting a pornographic movie with a dog. The women and the foreigner who police identified as a Swedish national were arrested last night in at an apartment in Nyali . Cameras used in the shoot were also confiscated from the scene. Kisauni DCIO Shadrack Juma said the apartment operates as a brothel and police raided the place last night following a tip off. He added that the Swedish national arrived in the country as a tourist two days ago and is believed to have been engaging in the pornography business. He said the eleven women and the foreigner arraigned in court today where they will be charged with engaging in unnatural acts.

A man was arrested and charged after a woman died having sex with his dog at his home, according to court proceedings.
An Irish judge postponed the sentencing in the man convicted of bestiality in which the woman died.
Sean McDonnell from Limerick, Ireland, had met a woman on a chat line for bestiality. She later had sex with a dog at his home, but died shortly after, according to reports in the news media.
Originally it was believed that she has had an allergic reaction to animal sex, but test were unable to prove this theory.
The woman was 48-years-old from the city of Limerick as well.
Police Officer Padraig O’Dwyer said that while the woman and the dog committed an act of bestiality, the exact cause of death could not be determined.
O’Dwyer said the woman had agreed to have sex with the dog after the couple had met on the Internet.
McDonnell made 3,500 comments in forums which talk about bestiality.
His computer had “broad activity on pornography and bestiality websites”, the court heard.
The dog was killed last week.
McDonnell’s attorney, Isobella Kennedy, said: “My client would not be charged is the woman had not died. The woman fully consented. There was no form of coercion or duress.”
Judge Carroll Moran described it as “a very unusual case” and said the sentence will be issued on December 14.

It was love at first sight. The sight of a lanky, rungu-wielding warrior draped on a red shuka and sporting neatly braided hair must have left her gasping with excitement.
She had heard fairy tales about African warriors and could not let go of this one.
But Miriam Elisabeth Winkel now regrets the decision she made that evening in 2008, a year after she arrived in Kenya from her home in Netherlands.
Winkel, 46, had moved to Kenya in 2007 on a mission to improve education standards and development in Samburu.
Through the Samburu Empowerment through Education and Development (SEED), a community-based organisation which she helped to register in May 2007, she hoped to transform the lives of local pastoralists.
Within a year she fell in love with a young Samburu man who was then working as a night guard at a hotel in Maralal, where she was residing.ÂÂ
The relationship blossomed and culminated in a marriage consumated on July 31, 2008. Ms Winkel got married to John Lepil Lolkile, 24, at a colourful ceremony at Maralal district commissioner headquarters.
She acquired several plots in Maralal, which were all registered in Lepil’s name. The marriage has now hit the rocks and the two are embroiled in a divorce suit.
Lepil, currently a member of the Samburu County Assembly, last year married another wife through Samburu customary marriage a decision which rocked their four-year-old marriage. ÂÂ
Ms Winkel first approached the court at the beginning of this year after Lepil allegedly forced her out of their matrimonial home and threatened her with violence.
In the divorce papers, Ms Winkel has asked the High Court to dissolve their marriage citing cruelty from her husband.
She cited suffering she has allegedly endured at the hands of her husband after he married a Samburu lady in customary marriage.
She wants the court to distribute the nine plots in Maralal town, livestock, two motor vehicles and other properties owned by the family.
Incidentally, Ms Winkel tells the court the property in question was bought through her sole efforts though they are registered in her husband’s name.
 “Out of my knowledge I was only aware of their one son born on May 2011 who I arranged to adopt,†she says.
In response, Lepil has  asserted that Winkel abandoned her duties as a wife and argues the property is his. He further tells the court Ms Winkel deserted the matrimonial home on her own choice and abdicated her wifely duties of washing and cooking; besides denying him conjugal rights.
Justice Hellen Omondi has already ordered Winkel to move back with her three children to the matrimonial home pending determination of the divorce case.

NAIROBI, Kenya June 18 – The International Criminal Court Trial Chamber has ruled that Deputy President William Ruto must be physically present during the key trial sessions.
In a decision released on Tuesday afternoon, the trial chamber rejected Ruto’s request to be allowed to participate in most of the trials via video link due to his involvement in government duties.
In the ruling delivered by presiding judge Chile Eboe Esuji, the chamber unconditionally allowed Ruto not to participate in some of the trial sessions but outlined crucial sessions in which he must participate physically.
It includes the opening statements of all parties and participants, closing statements and when victims are presenting their views.
The Deputy President will also have to be present during delivery of the judgment, sentencing and among others during the reparation hearings.
“The absence resulting from excusal from continuous presence at the trial at other times must always be seen to be directed towards performance of Ruto’s duties of state,” the judges led by presiding judge stated, adding “the requests concerning attendance via video-link, and all other prayers are dismissed.”
Ruto had made an application seeking to attend most of the trials set to start in September 10 via video link.

The young woman had been having a lot of fun and a tingling glow of satisfaction after her wishful thoughts of dating a white man came to pass. Since they had not come for foodstuff, Sebastian suggested they try clothes and other related garments. Every female would undoubtedly drool on the idea of shopping at luxurious shopping malls without spending their dime. The girl’s duty was to pick items and drop them on her trolley while Sebastian’s role — being a gentleman, was to push the trolley and pay.

Nigeria: Restaurant shut down for serving human meat

A restaurant in the Nigerian state of Anambra has been shut down after the authorities reportedly found it has been selling dishes made of human meat.
The police recovered at least two fresh human heads when they arrested 11 people from the restaurant including the owner, six women and four men, following a tip-off.
The blood-soaked heads were found wrapped in cellophane sheets.
Officials have also seized two AK-47 rifles, other weapons, dozens of rounds of ammunitions and several mobile phones during the raid.
“Each time I came to market, because the hotel is very close to the market, I always noticed funny movements in and out of the hotel; dirty people with dirty characters always come into the hotel. So, I was not surprised when the police made this discovery in the early hours of yesterday,” a local resident told the Osun Defender.
A pastor, who was shocked to know that what he had eaten was human meat, complained to the police.
“I went to the hotel early this year, after eating, I was told that a lump of meat was being sold at N700 (£2.5), I was surprised. So I did not know it was human meat that I ate at such expensive price,” the unidentified pastor said.
Reports of cannibalism sometimes emerge in Nigeria, but this is the first time a restaurant has been booked for selling human meat dishes.
