Raila Odinga’s Car Shot During IEBC Protests in Nairobi

The car belonging to former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, has been shot at by police as the Cord leaders were protesting against IEBC Commissioners in Nairobi. For a fourth time running, police dispersed the protesters with tear gas and during the ensuing stampede, Raila Odinga’s car was shot. Apparently the bullet did not penetrate the windscreen but left a clear mark pointing to a gun having been fired. At the time of blogging, there was still no information about the fate of Mr. Odinga and other Cord leaders.
