  1. It is true as bwana Ngatia is telling the world that the Six named by Ocampo cannot get justice in Kenya ,becouse the corrupt judicial system in kenya will never send to jail Uhuru kenyatta the son of Kenyas First President Jomo Kenyatta.
and everybody kn ows the Six named by Ocampo seves Kibaki well and the Govt is doing everything to save them from Hague.

  2. The bang smoking and cocaine snorting Uhuru Jomo jr is mental and needs some serious help. His friends and family should try doing something about it.

I like his anger, it is killing him from inside. He walks, eats and dreams RAO. I love it.
The man has finally become a RAO slave just like his friend Ruto. If I were RAO I would not change anything. I would let them knock themselves out with name calling knowing full well that they will be cooling their heels in the Hague soon.

These guys keep on shouting that RAO is finished yet they cannot stop talking about him. What a contradiction.

Where is the next funeral? Want to hear the KKk shouting RAO RAO RAO.

    RAO is surely Agwambo

  3. I want to tell Kenyans and International Governments to open their eyes to see things very clearly. The problems arising in Kenya is only made by corrupted leaders who looted the Taxpayers money and turn them in to their own Business. All money given to Kenya Government to help Kenyans to improve their lives from World Bank & IMF is divertingly pocketed by these leaders. That is why Northern Kenya Turkan people does not get food, they live in hunger since Independence,Eastern Province where VP Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka comes from there is hunger and no water, and you see Kalonzo who can represent them travelling in countries to help win impunity and corruption spending more than Thirty millions shillings to protect the perpetrators of 2007/08 violence which left 1,500 people dead, and 350,000 people displaced from their homes, some of them are still suffering in Uganda, and here those people representing them are busy in campaigning for 2012 Presidency of which the current Parliament has not announced the date to start? Can such people be elected to be Presidents in Kenya?

These corrupt leaders have aquired messive richness from looting the taxpayers money of which they think no one in Kenya can be a President unless he or she comes from their team so that no one can question their activities. According to them, if they appoint Attorney General,Chief Justice,Governor of Central Bank, Army Chief of Staff, Intelligence Chief, Commissioner of Police, Kenya Revenue, Parastatals and to name few, that must come from their group then that is their Kenyans Government they dream because there is no where you can send your case or complains to be heard. That is corruption number one, and that is what they are trying to cheat Kenyans. How can President overlook the Government Adviser Amos Wako to give way in the law, and what was the use of appointing CIC Commission to do what? And who is this beside Wako and Chief Justice including Mutula Kilonzo in the present Government? Parliament should pass no confident in Kibaki as Prsident.

The open and clear picture to Kenyans and International is this; In 2007/08 General Election we had a Presidential flawed results which was disputed and plunged the country in to violence, because these corrup leaders sat and planned to retain their leadership by any means as you can see now how they are acting, and because they don’t remember what they did, and are now repeating the same game in the form of implementation of the new constitution to have their corrupt constitution be approved by parliament without knowing that people are seeing the clear picture of 2007/08 events.

The question is this; Can Kibaki and his team translate the word Coalition and how it came in his Government? Can Kibaki translate the meaning of the word Prime Minister without Raila being there, What does all Prime Ministers allover the World do in their Governments? Can Kalonzo tell Kenyans and Christians the meaning of born again from what? Was he born again to protect Satan or God?

Now a simple question to our President Kibaki; Who chaired the commission which came out with the names of the six perpetrators and hand over to Hague? Was it Raila’s Commission or what was its Gazette number and date? And which clause in our old and new constitution allows President to be sworn in at night without Kenyans being invited? Can those advocating to appoint new team from their corrupt Constitution tell Kenyans the clause? Was that constitutional or unconstitutional Kenyans to miss to witness Kenyan President inauguration at day light in Uhuru Park? Were President using the same people misleading him to appoint his tribesmen only and call it Kenyans?
Can Kibaki tell Kenyans what he did or he want to follow his friend King Gaddafi of Libya and help him in discusions while in exile? Kibaki should not think Kenyans are still sleeping. The day they will decide you will leave all that you have aquired to poor Kenyans.

I want the World and Kenyans to compare what happened in 2007/08 plans and what is happening now, and then the ICC Ocampo case will have all proves from the envolope handed over by Ann from Waki Commission. I recomment Waki’s report to pin point the exact perpetrators of the violent of 2007/08. The big question which Kenyans and International are watching and raising eyebrow is this; Waki Commission did not name President Kibaki and VP Kalonzo Musyoka in the report sealed in envelope, he just named six. How to Kibaki and Musyoka comes in to defending the perpetrators of the violence? Was he the chairman of the group?
Martin Ngatia sees what Kenyans are asking to be told. Kibaki should read and watch what is happening in Arab countries Egypt, Libya Yemen and others? Where is Mobutu Sseseseko the Military man, Idi Amin?

  4. Diaper president has withdrawn the nominations. Mjinga sana huyu. Well the AG and CJ had already said the nominations were unconstitutional. I think Kalonzo needs to apologize for saying Kenyans have a short memory and Uhuru should apologize for his empty threats. It seems Kenyan leaders are the problem to development of the Country. Every leader should follow the constitution to the word, we don’t care of how much money he has. Just serve Kenyans honestly and humbly. That’s all Kenyans need.

  5. Raila should not be duped into accepting AG appointment. He should insist on advertising the position like others. Kenya imechange. People must go to Hague!!!

  6. Thank You Bw Ngatia, Thank you KSB, Thank you Raila, Thank you Marende, Thank you Wako, Thank you Gicheru. It is never too late to turn around.

  7. Mr. President please fire your advisers, they misled you and we wasted almost one month, yet they knew you made a mistake but could not advise you otherwise.Anyway, better late than never, now can we move on, advertise those posts, let Kenyans who meet the prerequisites forward their cvs so that the best can be nominated.

  8. It is sad that Kibaki is toying with peace and stability of the country like a cat playing with a trapped mouse, oblivious of the pain he inflicts on some citizens who are passionate about and are ready to die for Kenya! This is gross irresponsibility, to say the least. And all along he knew he had fumbled and could not get the guts to admit it!! Bure kabisa..!!

  9. 1. Kibaki was caught trying to smuggle his cronies two of whom are already representing the “two Hague boys” into the leadership of the Kenyan judiciary. The thief was stopped in his tracks. That is good news for the country and terrible news for the merchants of impunity. They can no longer have their way. That is the messege loud and clear.

    2. For weeks every credible person and institution in the country has told Kibaki he was wrong and his move was unconstitutional but Kibaki adopted the “better thief” mantra of claiming he knows how to cheat and steal and can never be caught. You are one of those who kept arguing Kibaki will get away with his theft. We told you it will not happen. The rest is history.

    3. In the last couple of weeks the two Hague boys and the kati kati loser went all over the country telling Kibaki to ignore the PM and everybody else since they had the “numbers” to pass Kibaki’s illegal nominations. You guys were singing along with them. We told you and them to stop being delusional. You folks didn’t listen.

    4. Yesterday Kibaki succumbed to reality, accepted defeat and withdrew the nominations.

    5. As from yesterday, the nomination process is dead. It will start again by the two principals meeting to agree on the process. Kibaki cannot unilaterally announce the process. I am sure such simple facts will take time to sink into your minds. That is your problem.

    6. The JSC choosing the CJ is a great idea. If I remember well I personally thought the president and the PM agreeing to have the JSC do the job is fine. It is childish to crawl around with silly ideas that once the JSC recruits the CJ the PM will have no say. Agreeing on the process is what we want not picking back room boys. Common sense has won here.

    7. On the issue of the Controller of the Budget and DPP, Kibaki suggested the PSC does the job. The PM has disagreed and suggested that the PSC should only advertise the jobs and do the secretarial work but the actual interviews should be done by competent panel of experts in the relative fields. That is a very sensible and non controversial suggestion. In fact I am very happy that the consultation between the two principals seems to be very public. Of course the belligerent fools will try to find something to whine about again.

    8. Simply put: Things are falling apart for status quo types and way of thinking. The centre cannot hold. I am paraphrasing the great one, Chinua Achebe. Say high to your PNU mps and Company.

  10. It seems the Ocampo warlords are on a rampage to intimidate people to support their desperate and hurriedly-thought-out positions. Threats of prosecution, security withdrawals, Chairmanship bootings, sackings, are now the order of the day….’support us or you perish’ is their dying motto.

  11. Here comes a picture of the retiring Most Kenyas Corrupt Chief Justice Gicheru a chauvinist who swore Kibaki as Kenyas President at night!Kenyan people has nothing to gain from this shortsighted evil visionary(gema mafia) defender .let him go and perish forever.Kenyans will come for him some day!

  12. Read for yourselves How this Kikuyu (GEMA-is blaming Kofi Annan for negotiating the NARA-PNU)(National accord)Nairobi, Monday, 28th February 2011
Prime Minister Raila Odinga been undermining the presidency as claimed by PNU leaders?

Why PNU is unhappy with Annan

Monitoring and playing supervisor for the Grand Coalition compliance to Agenda Four mandate has been an acrimonious affair between former UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan, and a section of the Government, especially PNU.

To President Kibaki’s aides, Kofi Anan’s regular updates on his views on successes and shortcomings of the Grand Coalition performance or lack of progress – through Nairobi-based South Consulting – is nothing more than meddling and poking his fingers into the Kenyans’ nose.

ODM, however, appreciates the big brother who occasionally keeps a ‘truant’ PNU within the straight and the narrow. Resented as a ‘foreign imposed’ third leg of Kenya’s experimental triumvirate (government dominated by three rulers – Kibaki, Raila and Kofi Annan – the Ghanian was recruited by the African Union (AU) to mediate a truce between President Kibaki and their supporters to end post-election violence.

Annan’s mediation produced the National Accord and Reconciliation Act 2008. However, although he was recruited by the AU, and is under AU’s mandate, the European Union and the US Government foots the bills for Kofi Annan’s operations in Kenya, an aspect President Kibaki’s side of the coalition resents. Unfortunately, only the EU can terminate his service by turning off the funds, if the AU does not recall him.

Last January, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs report on why International Criminal Court’s operations in Kenya lists Annan as among entities allegedly responsible for ‘smearing’ Kenya’s name abroad to create the impression that only ICC could do justice to post-election violence victims.

“…These perceptions are underscored by the manner in which some international actors have remained involved seeking to shape developments in Kenya to suite certain dispensation … Significant to this is the Kofi Annan outfit that has continued to collect and distribute misleading information to the international community…” the report, based on meetings between the ICC President of State Parties, Mr Christian Wessnessner and African diplomats said when he visited Kenya last month. However, Annan makes it worse by snubbing the AU summits, and failure to report the AU Peace and Security Council or Heads of States Summit like other mediators and envoys on missions around Africa.

Last year, the AU peace and Security Council protested to former Foreign Minister Moses Wetang’ula that it had received no briefs on the Kenya situation. Annan did not show up at Addis last month or in Uganda last year to give a brief on Kenya.

But despite claims Annan does not brief the AU, his South Consulting firm publicly issues updates and progress reports on the Grand Coalition in Nairobi every quarter.

  13. The report from Renneberger is a none starter, that was his opinion getting the news from PNU thieves, not even a grade 5 students will believe the nonsense from your friend Renneberger.. facts are from Kenyans of all walks Kibaki rigged the elections, then swore him self in at night and then Ordered the Police to shoot and kill innocent Kenyans Gaddaffi style and on the other hand held meetings with Uhuru & Mungiki gangs to continue with the massacres ! period and the truth will come out at the Hague.. when each will fight for survival

  14. I acnnot aggree more. kenya is rotten with these people I thought Kibaki was different but he is just like kenyatta and Moi. I do not see why they are charging the Ocambo six alone, they should include Kibaki because if he did not rig the election, we could not have had this incidents. let him take political responsibility

  15. Kibaki is the first criminal we cannot blame the stem without uprooting the root. Kibaki is the root to all these may hem and if nothing is done to him and his cronies, the six may or may not be found guilt but the situation may repeat itself in future because the six are just small but not smaller fish. let Kibaki go and tell his side of the story and esp how and why he had to be sworn in secret if he was sure that he worn. If he felt so why he did not approach the court for clarity, our people have been murdered and he seems to be enjoying. He could have left a very impressive legacy had he not gone for the second term or had he conceded defeat and retired. I want to see president Kibaki at the hague live even Prime minister Raila as leaders who actually led to the uprising explaining themselves live to the world what happened and being honest with the roles they played, this does not mean they are guilty but does not leave them innocent either. They should be called as witnesses esp president Kibaki at the hague to explain what transpired on the material day of the violence and kibaki to explain what made him think that he won, and why he should not take prime responsibility on what befell these poor Kenyans who are now refugees in their own country. I agree that everything should take place at the hague because in Kenya nothing will come out of it because the Government run by criminals cannot try criminals, the governments unless it proves its cleanliness we cannot trust it to try the six and it cannot be clean by any other way except to be honesty on what actually took place, without waiting for Ocambo to come and fish out. the president should come out not only to condemn others as if he is innocent but to say honestly his part as a cause of the conflict, he may not be the only person responsible for the conflict but atleast his stealing of the election, secret swearing in, played part in leading the 2007/208 violence.
