Injured Cord Supporter May be Having a Bullet Lodged in His Head
A CORD supporter brutalized by police during an anti-IEBC protests today, may be victim of police shooting with live bullets. According to information reaching KSB, the man may be having a bullet lodged in his brain. He has since been taken to hospital for treatment and to establish the extent of his injuries. The brutality represents the first major episode of blood shed following attacks by police who have been tear-gassing the demonstrators every Monday outside IEBC offices. The protesters have been holding weekly actions to demand the resignation of IEBC Commissioners ahead of next year’s elections.
