Ugandans in Britain have presented a petition to the UK government calling on Britain not to support the February elections held in Uganda, saying that the election was rigged to return dictator Yoweri Museveni back to power. The group said that Uganda now has two Presidents and called on Ugandans to unite to bring about regime change.
