  • Viagra Theory Collapses After Heart Attack is Ruled Out in Mutula Kilonzo’s Death

    Posted by nairobi wire on 5/06/2013

    Suggestions that Mutula Kilonzo may have died of Viagra overdose are slowly falling apart, after investigations ruled out heart attack as the cause of death, according to today’s nation.Viagra is believed to cause heart attacks.

    A few days after his death, controversial blogger Robert Alai alleged that he had sources who say that Mutula had an overdose of Viagra. The Sunday Nation carried a story that further fueled the rumours.

    From the newspaper report, police are investigating a ‘fifth’ person, who was supposedly with Mutula either at the time of his death, or moments earlier. Apparently, previous reports that the Makueni senator had not gotten out of his bed that morning were false. Mutula is said to have entertained his guest (gender not revealed), at his swimming pool that morning for about 30 minutes.

    The newspaper then writes of Mutula’s love for women, as if guiding readers to the conclusion that the ‘fifth’ person was a woman.

    “He lived a life of grandeur, maintained expensive tastes — like top-of-the-range cars — and had a lasting love for things rustic. Many of his close friends could not disguise the fact that he loved the good life and had a soft spot for members of the opposite sex.”

    To further fuel the claims of promiscuity, Sunday Nation writes “Mr Kilonzo’s Valhalla home was largely out of bounds for the rest of his family.”

    “It was his hideaway. Not even his wife and children went there. It was his retreat where he spent weekends and rested, away from the rest the world,” said a friend.

    And then to bring in the Viagra connection, the paper wrote, “Further reports have showed that an unlabelled bottle containing pills was among samples taken from Mr Kilonzo’s bedroom by detectives after the death was reported.”

    However, the paper today reveals that investigations have now ruled out heart attack as the cause of death, possibly ruling out Viagra. According to a source, both the arteries and heart had not been ruptured, as is characteristic with heart attacks. Further, the lungs were found to be soaked in blood.

    “Massive internal bleeding and a finding that all his internal organs were intact is a pointer to the presence of a toxin,” a doctor who requested anonymity.

    Going with the story, it is now almost certain that Mutula died of poisoning. The big question is how it got into his body.

    Investigators are now looking into suicide, murder, accidental poisoning or a snake bite.

  • Was MUTULA KILONZO a WOMANIZER? Did he die of VIAGRA OVERDOSE or POISONING?

    Senator Mutula Kilonzo’s death is bringing in to focus the life of the rich and powerful. Immediately after his death, people brought up all manner of theories including that he was an ICC witness and so was probably poisoned by the NSIS and Government functionaries after he failed to cross to the government side (Jubilee side).

    In 2007/2008 Mutula Kilonzo was a key lieutenant of the then PNU coalition when ODM and PNU were negotiating a power sharing agreement to stop the mass killings in the post-elections violence. He thus hold lots of secrets which nobody in the government would want him to hold infinitely. The ruling class fears that he might use the evidence against the regime of Uhuru Kenyatta.

    There are also rumours out there that he might have been poisoned by handlers of the feared politician Harun Mwau since he won the heavily contested Makueni Senatorial seat beating Harun Mwau among others. Claims of traces of chemicals like Polonium being found in his body have been fronted.

    One claim which is also doing rounds and accompanied with much evidence is that Mutula Kilonzo was a womanizer. It is alleged that the late senator used to retreat to his Maanzoni ranch and host women groupies and have sex with them in turns. The aged senator consumed lots of the performance enhancing drug, Viagra, for him to satisfy his women in bed.

    Already 3 women have confessed that they were his girlfriends but sources close to workers at the home claim that Mutula Kilonzo had close to 12 or so women who were invited to his home in different times during the weekends. He would then have sex with the ladies from as far as groups or individuals. The women claim that Mutula Kilonzo might have been killed by Viagra overdose.

    His love for women saw him divorce his first wife and is currently married to Nduku Kilonzo. Nduku is in not so good terms with Kethi and Mutula Kilonzo Jr, Mutula’s two kids from the first marriage. Mutula Kilonzo and Nduku has 3 children the eldest being Musau Kilonzo who studies in UK with his two siblings.

    Mutula Kilonzo is an extremely wealthy man but among his properties, the Maanzoni ranch is said to be the biggest and most precious. He has other properties in Nakuru, Mombasa, Machakos and Nairobi.

  • Operation Occupy Parliament

    Monday, May 6, 2013Occupy Kenyan Parliament: An uprising against the collective GREED of Kenyan MPs: Tuesday May 14, 2013

    Civil Society members shall, on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, lead a procession of peaceful demonstrators to occupy Parliament buildings in Nairobi to protest against an attempt by Members of Parliament to arm-twist the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) into yielding to the MPs’ demands for indefinitely higher pay. The act of occupying Parliament by members of the general public shall symbolize the power and pre-eminence of the public over persons who hold elective office.

    In the recent past, local MPs have made concerted attempts to usurp SRC’s mandate of regulating salaries and apportioning the national wage budget across the public sector. Indeed, caving in to MPs’ pressure to disband SRC, the Sarah Serem-led commission surprisingly decided to award MPs a tax-free grant of Sh5 million each for the purchase of vehicles. Negotiations to have MPs salaries increased are ongoing.

    Upon reaching Parliament, Civil Society members will pitch tent at the precincts and read a statement detailing its demands. Members of the civil society and participants from the general public will remain at the site for as long as it will take to have their cry of a responsible National Assembly heeded by the House’s officers.Importantly, peace will be upheld at all times.

    Objectives of Operation Occupy Parliament

    1.Using the power of numbers, we seek to give Kenyans the courage to defend their Constitution, which Parliament has endeavored to overthrow by threatening to disband a constitutionally established body;

    2. We want to make Members of Parliament aware that the days of parliamentary dictatorship are over. MPs cannot—and must not!—be self-regulating; they must be answerable to the people;

    2. We want to make Members of Parliament aware that the days of parliamentary dictatorship are over. MPs cannot—and must not!—be self-regulating; they must be answerable to the people;
    3. We want to send home the message that no one is above the law, and to instill a sense of accountability to persons who hold public office. At the end of the day, it must be borne in mind that even public officers who make the law are subject to that law.

  • Mutula's bastard child

    My child’s father is Mutula, claims Eunice Nthenya
    By VINCENT AGOYA
    Posted Wednesday, May 8 2013 at 11:42

    A woman has moved to court seeking Mutula Kilonzo’s DNA to confirm whether he is the father of her seven-year-old son.

    Eunice Nthenya got the green light for a DNA sample from Mr Kilonzo’s body “for purposes of determining the paternity of the minor prior to his burial slated for May 9, 2013″.

    Ms Nthenya has sworn an affidavit to the effect that she was in a relationship with the late Makueni Senator between 2005 and 2008 and that he was the biological father of the minor who was born on May 5, 2006 in Makueni.

    “The deceased maintained the minor child herein from his birth until his demise on April 27, 2013, the affidavit reads in part.

    Nthenya lawyers said she needed to expeditiously conduct a DNA test from Mr Kilonzo’s remains before he is buried to ascertain the paternity of the child and enable the minor to be included as a beneficiary of his estate.

    The lawyers said Ms Nthenya was apprehensive the late Senator’s family may not recognise the minor as a beneficiary of his vast property.

    “I am the biological mother of the minor aforesaid therefore I am well versed with the facts of this case,” Ms Nthenya says.

    “I had a relationship with the deceased, Honourable Mutula Kilonzo, between the year 2005 and 2008 which resulted into a minor born on May 5, 2006.”

    The woman wanted the burial stopped but Mr Kilonzo’s family entered a consent on the DNA testing.

    Consultant pathologist Dr Andrew Kanyi told the court samples of blood and tissue were retained and were available for testing.

    The doctor said in an affidavit that Mr Kilonzo is survived by seven children who share the same DNA.

    Ms Nthenya claims Mr Kilonzo paid the maternity bill of Sh4,000 in cash for the minor when he was born.

    “On May 3, 2013 my advocate wrote a letter to the deceased widow as the representative of the estate seeking an intervention through a process of mediation but the said letter has not elicited any response from the deceased’s family to date,” read the affidavit.

    “I am not in the financial position to take care of the expenses that come with maintenance and care of the minor. I am struggling to educate, clothe, feed and provide for the child and pray that the estate of the deceased recognises the minor as beneficiary of the deceased and thereby contributes towards the child’s upkeep.”

    The case was before Justice Luka Kimaru of the Family Division.

    Mr Kilonzo’s family has appointed the firm of Archer and Wilcok Advocates to act for it in the matter while Ms Nthenya is represented by lawyer Beatrice Chelangat.

    “The applicant prays that in the best interest of the child, this application be heard with urgency since the minor’s rights as a beneficiary of the estate of the deceased will be greatly violated if the child’s paternity is not determined before the deceased is interred.”
