The Ugandan Ambassador to Russia Mr. Sam Sakajja is dead. According to a brief message sent to KSB by a contact, the Ambassador died today, Saturday, 17th December 2011 in Moscow after a short illness. Ambassador Sakajja, who is a former MP in Ugandan Parliament, is also a former Ugandan exile in Sweden. No further information was available.
