  1. MR Keriako Tobiko smells corruption of the Highest order. He is rotten with Corruption ,How was he elected in the first instance? Is this not the same Corrupt DPP who made sure William Arap Ruto was set free?
This Man Keriaklo is so Tainted and he Must not Represent A new Kenya ?Hence A new Kenya demands only Men & Women of high Integrity Who are not Tainted by the Past corrupt..Is this the Guy who set Baron Daremare(lord) Who Killed Two Kenyans who went to investigatye Illegal game meet Scandle in his Ranch? Lord dalemere was set scott-free hence Impunity and being a whiteman above Kenya natives laws. Mr Keriako Must be rejected to represent Kenuya in a new Era of Democratizing this great Nation that is in dire need of a clean govt that will serve this corrupt Nation devided by tribalism ,Nepotism ,Ignorant and Impunity of the highest Order And ethinicity dominancy Chauvinist and Hegemony.

  2. +The coalition govt of Kenya Must act now and not tommorrow and arrest Mwau and hand him to the Govt of The United States Of America.Where Mwau will assist in naming Others hiding in the Govt and protected by Kenya Govt!
The Coalition Govt Must Also Freeze Mwaus Bank Accounts in Kenya and all his bussiness must be brought to standstill together with Mwaus bussiness associates whoever they are and regardless whatever Position they hold in Kenya!

  3. Tobiko has put the success rate of prosecuting cases at 55%. this is not true! The true picture is about 90% success for the small fry cases, and 0.01% for the big fish. The rest is cases where nolle prosequi are entered.
Why are the big cases prosecuted by the same state counsels,( about 3 trusted ones eg Wahoro), same defence counsel unless there is a game going on.
This man must go and continue with his cattle selling business.

  4. +The Following are some of the Bonobos who assisted to appoint Keriako Tobiko as a DPP>
The semi-illiterate Francis Atwoli (COTU) – purportedly Chairing the Panel, Int. Security PS Francis Kimemia (PNU), PS Amina Mohamed (PNU), Caroli Omondi (PM’s office), LSK’s Kenneth Akide (quisling for hire) and LSK’s Florence Kajuju.

The lesson here is that these inept, incompetent, quislings (sitting under Atwoli) must never pretend to play any role in the selection of the next Attorney General. This shoddy path must never be retraced.

As for Tobiko – any attempt to appoint him will be counter-productive. Legal challenges, protests, civil-society-led duels, pending clarifications (Kirui 5 million bribe allegation), conflict of interest with Anglo-Leasing suspects, etc…this guy would be so distracted he is unfit to be the DPP. Parliament should reject, otherwise Aluta continua….

  5. The COIC will be for ever soiled if Tiboko is passed up for confirmation. The selection process was headed by a person not very much respected for intellectual maturity but only for verbal diarrhea. Why didn’t the Committee conduct the exercise in public? If the words of upright individuals like PLO and Prof. Ghai are to be believed, Tiboko shouldn’t even have been in any list for consideration. His nomination will also attract the undue attention of the Hague which will be detrimental to the accused for no fault of theirs. Kurui says he has forwarded the phone messages to the NSIS. Was NSIS consulted by the Committee? Questions and doubts abound against Tiboko. Since Ceasar’s wife should be above suspicion, a re-nomiation exercise is in order.

Anti reformists aren’t asleep! They will try all tricks to stumble the reform path Kenyans need seriously. We seriously doubt Atwoli and his team as much as we are displeased by the CIOC decision. It will be a miracle if Parliament stops this guy, if we are to go by the past and present record of MPs failing Kenyans on obvious matters! God help Kenya.

By recommending Tobiko for DPP the CIOC has failed the integrity test. Tobiko has a track record that is not inspiring at all.

Parliament should reject Tobiko. He has been implicated in corruption cases that directly touch on his position as Chief Prosecutor.

  7. ODM has 14 MPs in the committee while PNU, to which the chairman belongs, has 13. Two MPs, Charles Onyancha (Bonchari, ODM) and Joseph Nkaissery (Kajiado Central, ODM) did not vote because they abroad. Julius Murgor (Kapenguria, ODM) and Benedict Gunda Fondo (Bahari, ODM) did not show up.

There were more PNU MPs who opposed Tobiko than ODM MPs.

  8. Staff at the Kenyan Embassy in Geneva, Switzerland, are demanding to be told the outcome of an investigation into their complaints conducted by the Foreign Affairs ministry senior officials led by Director of Administration Ndathi. Ndathi and his team travelled to Geneva to investigate the complaints by the staff and fellow diplomats concerning the envoy’s handling of issues.

We hope and believe The Corrupt Kenya Embassy in Stockholm is reading this>

  9. Attempts will be made at either accepting the list rejecting the list in toto(CJ, DCJ and DPP) . We better insist that having come from different panels..the list cannot and should not be treated as an equal list…
