The Ritz Society will soon open a Club for the people of Africa and friends in Stockholm. The Club, whose details will be announced later, will begin operations on Saturday, 4th September 2010. The Club is located about 100 meters from Sergels Torg at T-Centralen. The inaugural Party, which will feature all kinds of African music, will also be an “After Party” after the “Miss Africa Crown Pre-selection Party” that will be held on Friday 3rd September. “Sound of Blackness”, a top African disco group in Scandinavia, will be among the entertainers at the Party.
Qualifiers at the Pre-selection will participate at the main “Miss Africa Crown” contest at Club Galaxy in Siljaline on October 8th 2010 during the “Africa Night Cruise” in the Baltic sea. Booking for the cruise is now underway and only 400 tickets will be released. Interested Party lovers can secure their bookings online to be sure that they will not miss the event. Ritz Society is an Entertainment Company which also promotes African artists in both Scandinavia and Africa.
The Society works in close collaboration with the Africa Monetary Fund (AMF) which was instrumental in bringing the Ugandan artist, Big Bebe Cool, to Stockholm in May this year. On July 9th, Ritz featured “A Galaxy of African Stars” Party, an all-night music extravaganza that featured several Sweden-based African artists.

All these cuties from other african countries, my question! where are Kenyan contestants? Aren’t we pretty enough to be able to represent our mother land? Where are these ladies aging 18-30 yrs, they are so many don’t tell me they are lacking winner personalities and appearances….akina Mtv- gals, Kipepeo and Chipukizi. Come out of the closet gals, ghanians are sweeping the red carpet making Kofi Anan proud.
I hope you have not missed the point
Today’s beauty is not only being cute or pretty you must also have some brain, understanding, kindness, compassion and more the competition is just the beginning. Thereafter you have your work cut out as a roll model for younger gals and may be work in different pageants …. Friends du our gals have it????? If yes! Then 2011. As u knows we can not have all the contestants be number one At miss Africa 2010 there were tears from the gals and mothers too. And that was the first time next time it will be nor difficult.
