  1. 1.First in terms of security to Miguna,s children it some sort of evil to publicise , where, what they eat which school. Miguna work in asensitive Position in todys tribe-trouble kenya.

2.Yes Miguna Miguna had been accused or rape in CANADA.the sin we do here abroad will one day fetch us home- Do not sin.

  2. Simply hilarious Osewe. Seems your pic is all over yet you have not been to Makini School. Anyway enjoy the fame though in a strange story!

KSB: The funny thing is that all employees of the Weekly failed to notice that it was not Miguna despite him being a public figure! Only in Kenya!

  3. Yes, I agree with kengele. How about some respect for the children? And if he did the crime a horrible sin, he would pay, and if the accuser lied, that’s a horrible crime and she would pay.

By the way, Miguna was accused and found not guilty. Additionally the judge was very upset that the prosecuter advanced the case when the accuser had commited a fraud Miguna called her out on. No one can know for sure what happened, but it’s rare you have a genuine victim commit a fraud, then accuse the person who would not permit the fraud from taking place of rape or abuse.

And imagine a father being interested enough to hold a school accountable for their actions, asking them questions. Some people are afraid of questions.

And whether or not he sends his children with their own soap or cloth is “who cares”. If so ask why. Otherwise you sound like you have a vendetta and are not interested in the truth.

If you were actually providing news you would follow up on accusations and not just hurl dirt.

KSB: Alia, good comments. But, who are you addressing here? The writer of the article or a commentator?

Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s sacked aide Miguna Miguna has now taken on the Premier himself after he send the ODM leader a terse text message expressing his anger over the decision to terminate his employment.

The Premier received Miguna’s commanding text message last night but did not respond to it.

Miguna is said to have made frantic efforts to call the Premier who was not responding before dropping a tough worded text message on the PM’s cell phone.

In a message seen by a Kenyaradarlive Reporter Miguna is accusing the Premier of unnecessarily intimidating his staff.

“Jakom, good evening! Those who are publicly abusing and undermining you and the party like Dualle, etc are sacred, Those looting and plundering public resources are cosy. But I who have sacrificed so much and defended you and fought for you and what I’ve believed to be higher ideals is sacrificed so inhumanely. For What?, “he writes.

And the long text continues, “I who has gallantly stood up to the merchants of impunity is cut loose! Does anybody think this is the way to win elections? Does anybody believe that I have done anything? And so my staff is fired summarily without due process”

And Miguna goes on, “I have not even received the letter or any other official communication about this. Is this Justice? Is this the change we’ve sacrificed our lives for? Awuoro Awuoro God bless you.”

Raila’s office has set up a team to investigate the activities of Miguna Miguna described by the premier as very disturbing.

The team to be led by PS Mohamed Isahakia and Chief of Staff Caroli Omondi will start work in a week’s time.

But sources close to Miguna also said to be holding a Canadian passport revealed that hard talking lawyer who threw spin left and right against the PM’s opponents is contemplating flying back to Canada to continue with his legal practice.

“The attorney will not appear before any investigators on this matter of fabrication,” said a confidant.

    A Note for My Friends

    Nairobi, Friday August 5th, 2011

    I am still alive.

I have been on a one month vacation which started on July 6th, 2010. The Prime Minister had granted my request for vacation in June.On July 9th, I accompanied the Prime Minister to Juba, South Sudan for their independence celebrations. I travelled to Canada on July 10th and brought back my two children studying there for their summer holidays on July 18th.

On Thursday July 21st, 2011, I published an article in the Nairobi Star newspaper. The article was titled IIEC Chair Isaack does not deserve all the plaudits. Like my articles I have authored, I made factual and logical arguments based on publicly available information. No one has refuted any of the factual assertions and issues in that article. The article was not about Isaack as such. It addressed issues of good governance, discrimination, corruption and nepotism at the IIEC. Those are important issues that cannot be trivialised. I stand by my story.

Sometime last week, I received an invitation for a two-day party strategy team retreat from the ODM Secretariat. The two-day retreat was scheduled for August 4th and 5th, 2011 at the Enashipai Resort and Spa in Naivasha. I arrived for the retreat at about 11 am on Thursday August 4th. We proceeded to a session after lunch.
