Dekula Band to Feature at Muheza Diaspora Fund Raising Boogie: 15/09

The Sweden-based organization, the Muheza Diaspora International Network (MDIN), is throwing their annual African bash to fund-raise for cahrity-related activities in Muheza, Tanzania.
The 2018 edition of the big party is scheduled for Saturday, September 15th 2018 at Bergshamra Skola in Bergshamra, Solna. The event kicks off at 18.00 and entrance fee is 100 kr.
Maestro Vumbi Dekula Band will provide massive entertainment, complete with live music. If you have never met the veteran African guitarist, Vumbi Dekula face to face together with the brilliant members of the band, this will be a great opportunity to touch base with the leading African Band formation in Europe and the only ensemble which has risen to fame through hot live music that keep fans on toes all nite long across Scandinavia.
All proceeds from the event will be channeled towards the financing of development projects in Muheza. These includes social, agricultural and educational projects Muheza International Network is running in Tanzania.
Apart from the live African music, a wide variety of African food will be on the menu so make a date on your calendar to have fun until you drop! Most importantly, nyama choma, kuku choma, wali, samosa, chapteez and ugali is expected at the party in plenty to be washed down with favourite drinks that will be on offer in barrels. It will probably be the most memorable evening out you have experienced in recent times in Stockholm city!
