Mr. Martin Ngatia, Chairman of the Kenya Red Alliance, has defended Chief Justice David Magara for annulling Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory, arguing that the Kenyan election had been rigged by the IEBC to give Uhuru Kenyatta fake victory.

At the hearing of a Presidential Petition filed by Opposition leader Raila Odinga to challenge the declaration of Uhuru Kenyatta as the duly elected President of Kenya, massive evidence which pointed to fraud during the election was brought before the court.

An audit report of IEBC servers that had been ordered by IEBC revealed that the servers had been hacked while the report also showed that unauthorized persons gained access to the servers before, during and after elections. IEBC refused to fully comply with a Court Order which allowed NASA full access to the IEBC servers.

In this video, Mr. Martin Ngatia defends Justice Maraga for taking a bold decision to nullify Uhuru Kenyatta’s win thereby saving thousands of lives which could have been lost had the Court decided to uphold Uhuru’s win. Uhuru had mobilized thousands of troops to Kisumu in readiness for riots which were expected had the ruling favoured Kenyatta.

Following the decision, Uhuru Kenyatta went berserk with virulent attacks against the Chief Justice for ruling against him. Mr. Kenyatta insulted Maraga in public and said that he would deal with the Chief Justice once he took over office.
