Makozewe: In view of the growing notoriety of election rigging perpetrated by mademoni, there is need for an amendment of the New Constitution to read as follows. “Anybody found to have abetted in election rigging will be arrested, tried in a court of law and if found guilty, will be hanged at Uhuru Park with a guitar wire. Upon burial of such persons, interested Kenyans will be invited to spit on their graves and curse them, not to rest in peace but to rest in eternal pain. Without a serious penalty, riggers will continue rigging thereby drawing Kenya backwards.
