As I watch the IEBC methodically cross every ‘t’ and dot every ‘i’, I begin to get the impression that they have preparing for just this petition scenario for months. I’m no lawyer, but reviewing the media reports since voter registration began, I begin to fear that CORD may be painting themselves into a very tight corner and I can’t help wondering when the other shoe will drop. Something stinks.
