KENYA: The International Criminal Court ( ICC) has scheduled a status conference for the Jubilee flag bearer Uhuru Kenyatta and former Head of Civil Service Francis Muthaura on Monday.
In an order dated Tuesday, the three-judge Bench said the main purpose of the status conference is for the Chamber to receive additional information following requests by the two suspects that their cases be referred back to the Pre-trial Chamber for reconsideration.
“In accordance with Rule 132(2) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, a status conference shall be held on March 11, from 12-13.30 and 14-16.00,” the order read in part.

Otishotish is right, there is no way we can talk of cooperation from Kenya when it is indictees who are calling the shots. For instance, who will arrest and handover a president and his deputy if warrants were issued? We would probably go the Sudan route with its consequences on the economy and fragile peace.
Uhuru Kenyatta and ruto are using (Black Magick) to defeat the ICC and it is working for them!

Nairobi,Kenya: The International Criminal Court (ICC) has postponed trial case for William Ruto and Joshua Sang to May 28.
Ruto is Uhuru Kenyatta’s presidential running mate in the Jubilee coalition and together with Mr. Kenyatta were expected to appear before the court next month to begin challenging cases related to violence which rocked the country five years ago.
KSB: That is good. After they are defeated in a transparent election, they can concentrate on their cases. Good deal.
