Esther Wairimu Muirani, the mother of Mr. Githuku wa Muirani, has passed away in Kenya where Muirani travelled two weeks ago on a peace mission. According to a short note transmitted by Njoro, a close ally, Muirani is said to have been by his mother’s side by the time his mother passed away.
“Muirani had travelled to Kenya a while ago on a personal mission but his plans were sadly changed when his mother fell ill almost immediately after his arrival in Kenya. The bereaved family has been struggling to provide the best medical care for the mother since then”, Mr. Njoro wrote in a note to KSB.
Following the sad news, friends, well-wishers and sympathizers will be meeting at Muirani’s residence in Norsborg to condole with the bereaved family. More details will be announced later.
