Following a well-attended Caai wa Mwana to welcome the son of George and Ann, the couple would like to thank all friends who attended the function on Saturday, 29th September 2012. Speaking to KSB, George said that the family would like to thank everybody who took their precious time to be with the family during the special occasion while he also sent a note of gratitude to all those who helped in making the function a success.

The event was presided over by Mr, Laban Mberi as the MC while Mr. Githuku wa Muirani held prayers. A couple of friends gave short speeches before Kikuyu traditional songs were sung to welcome the new boy to planet earth.
George’s father, who had travelled all the way from Kenya to visit his son, also gave a short speech. He said that he was happy to have been able to travel to Sweden and that he had a lot of stories to tell when he returned to Kenya. He welcomes his grandson and thanked everybody who had attended the event.
