A Kenya-Stockholmer who sodomized a young Kenyan child in Märsta has been deported to Kenya. According to reports reaching KSB, the Kenyan was deported after the Swedish authorities decided that deportation would be the best punishment for his crime.
It is likely that since the Kenyan was paperless, and since it was obvious that he would lose the case, the Swedes did not want to waste a lot of court resources in the case.
The decision by the Swedish authorities to deport the Kenyan without trial was in sharp contrast to another case in which a Kenyan who had allegedly raped a 14 year old Swedish girl was jailed for five years before being deported to Kenya after he completed his jail term.
Under Swedish law, a paperless person who commits a “petty offence” can simply pay by being removed from the Swedish society through deportation for a period of time depending on the severity of the offence. For serious offences such as murder, drug peddling or robbery with violence, a paperless person can be jailed then banned from returning to Sweden for life after deportation.
Following the deportation of the Kenyan, members of his Christian community where he used to pray have disowned him. A Pastor at the “Fellowship” told KSB that although the Kenyan used to pray together with members of the Church congregation, he was not officially registered as a member of the congregation.
“Many people come to pray with us but not all of them are devoted Christians”, the Pastor told KSB. When asked whether the congregation had ever benefitted from money earned out of the sodomizer’s work, the pastor said that they had no such programs and that any member of the congregation who works for anybody does so voluntarily. He added that members cannot, however “refuse a contribution out of good will and as a gesture of thank you” from their contacts.

According to underground gossip networks in Märsta where the sodomy occurred, the sodomizer’s character as a Christian “was very questionable”.

The Kenyan became popular through word of mouth and with time, even non-Christian customers began to use his services without any complaints. It was therefore a big shock to Kenyans who knew him when news spread that he had sodomized a child.

Man caught red handed SODOMISING a boy in Naivasha
Wednesday 26th September 2012 – A flower farm worker narrowly escaped death after he was caught pants down sodomising a 15 -year- old in a Naivasha estate.
The father of the boy, who is a form two student, caught the pervert red handed after days of investigation then alarmed the neighbours who came and descended on the suspect with series of beatings.
The beating went to a whole new level when the pervert’s wife joined the angry mob in clobbering the husband. She urged the mob to give her a few minutes to beat her husband.
“What did I deny you? Have I ever denied you sex?’’ the wife asked him as she beat him with a huge stick.
The suspect was however rescued by the police from the angry villagers and taken to the police station.
The suspect’s wife said that he will never allow his husband to come back home because of the shame he has brought upon her.
The father also blamed his son amid serious slaps stating to the DAILY POST that the two had developed a queer relationship.
Naivasha OCPD Ernest Oponyo said the suspect would be arraigned to court as he confirmed the incident.
