Politiskt Inkorrekt (PI), a Swedish Neo-Nazi web site sympathetic to the right-wing political Party, Sweden Democrats (SD), has already violated the legal rights of the Kenyan woman suspected to have murdered her two children in Sweden. The site has published full details of the woman’s identity in total contravention of the Swedish law.
After obtaining her photo and personal data from her workplace’s website (Hotel Katarina in Sigtuna), PI proceeded to publish the details from where other social media websites continue to fish the same information for publication.
This is a violation which could not have happened with a white Swedish suspect under similar circumstances. This murder case is not of “national importance” within the frame-work of the Swedish law and therefore, the law says that the ID of the suspect has to be concealed. The mainstream Swedish media, namely Dagens Nyheter, Svenska Dagblade, Aftonbladet, Expressen and Metro have been respecting this law by refraining from revealing the ID of the suspect. Why is PI leading the way in publishing the suspect’s ID?
For PI publishers, this is an opportunity to demonstrate to their readers the animalistic nature of non white people and the need to keep them out of Sweden by closing down Immigration. In short, it is time for PI to indirectly play the “race card” and judging from the character of comments at the site, the case seem to have provided PI followers with good fodder for propaganda. The publication of the suspect’s details together with the ensuing racist comments at PI is yet another piece of evidence of how the Swedish right wing continues to use racism to undermine members of the immigrant community at every opportunity.
There is no doubt that the murder of the two children by their mother is a tragic and unspeakable event. Every interested party is waiting for justice. However, there is need to protect the rights of the suspect especially at this stage when investigations are still continuing. There are cases where white Swedes have murdered their children under almost similar circumstances but their IDs have always been concealed. The reason as to why PI is not following this rule is therefore predictable.
Through Ambassador Purity Muhindi, the Kenyan Embassy in Stockholm needs to raise the issue with the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as soon as possible and lodge a complaint questioning why PI is violating the Swedish law with impunity and why action cannot be taken against the PI’s management. If the Ministry cannot take action, the Kenyan government should intervene and summon the Swedish Ambassador to Kenya to clarify why the legal rights of the Kenyan suspect is being violated without any intervention from the relevant Swedish authorities.

However, you are wrong in the fact that PI only publishes information like this in cases where the suspect is of “non-Swedish origin”. They publish the same information regardless of the ethnicity of the suspect when it comes to serious cases like this, murder, rape etc. Just browse through their archives and see for yourselves that all tragic crimes are dealt with the same way. Notice, however, that I DO NOT share their political views, they ARE racists and as such the lowest form of life on this earth.
The identites of suspects of crime are public in Sweden. Anyone can send an e-mail to the court responsible for the area where the crime has been committed and ask for the identity, and receive a swift reply. Since Sweden is a very open society, once you have the identity of the suspect you can ask all authorities and government agencies to provide all the information they have on file on the person. Sweden has one of the worlds most liberal legislation in this regard. It is also not prohibited to refer or relay the information gathered to other people, through “news papers” like PI and the likes. Aftonbladet and the other tabloid Expressen also does this, albeit less often. This is legal based on the fact that it’s mere relaying of a fact, the fact that the suspect is a suspect. If they said that she was indeed the perpetrator, they could be tried and charged for slander.
KSB: Marcus, you are right on the area of information gathering. However, the law does not allow for publication of such information. You can get a charge sheet from a Court clerk with personal info (this is what journalists do) but it is upon the person handling this information to protect the ID of the suspect (in public). If the crime is of “national interest”, eg the murder of the PM, the ID of the suspect may be published. This is the main point of the article. Keep it up!

Contravention of laws protecting the identity of suspects, and in fact laws protecting the identity of ANY individual (PUL) are regularly being broken on swedish-language sites, mostly those sites are hosted outside of Sweden and it is hard to prosecute.
Most of us however appear to have chosen to live our life under public scrutiny, publishing personal information all over the internet, not thinking of the possibility that this information, used out of context, can negatively affect ones right to a fair trial if it were publicised in connection with a crime. I’m also certain that Police gain valuable information from the ‘double-edged sword’ of peoples desire to ‘be seen’ on the internet, and others macabre interest in digging up this information when something bad happens.
PI does of course have a racist agenda, so the fact that the woman in question is black is no doubt making them rub their hands in glee… Other sites (like flashback.org etc) have a more diffuse agenda, with many individuals simply satisfying their own and others macabre curiosity. They (or we, guilty by association) are the Internet equivalent of rubberneckers at a car accident.
And, while we are talking about color here; how about “the pot calling the kettle black”?. Your content is sensationalist, and also blatantly invades the privacy and right to fair trial of its subjects.

Lisa with comments #18 and 19: you don’t understand Swedish laws in terms of violating personal integrity. One should not take another person’s personal details from the Internet and use them for purposes that they are not meant for. The Police or other main Swedish newspapers have not mentioned the country the woman comes from or shown any of her photos. PI did that immediately on Monday and suggested from its writing that the woman is a murderer. She is a suspect until proved guilty according to the Swedish laws.

The following news has been leaked by a racist homepage – not me – but the raw data can be confirmed independently.
Most people know the site Politically Incorrect (PI) – a super-racist site with clear sympathies for a certain racist party. Editors have insisted they are only a news service with no political ties. Now, what everybody already knew has been proven in details. What I am confused about is that it was so simple and yet nobody had done it before. The data are presented clearly. PI has a bank where they are begging for alms because “everything is voluntary.” This is shown on the homepage clearly.
This number can be searched on to find the responsible receivers, and the search can be done easily online at BGC AB (BGC) – a company that works with payment services. If you search for bank giro number 759-1829, which is PI’s bank number so you get a very interesting information.
Yep! The Sweden Democrats (SD) Member of Parliament and the über-racist Kent Ekeroth is the principal beneficiary to whom the bangirot is registered. This is neither a coincidence nor less detail, considering the homepage’s form and work, so it can not be anything other than that it is the PI’s owner / principal person who also manages the fund. They have thought about every detail except one little thing – the Internet. It will be very interesting to see if the media follow up on this track and give Kent and SD what they deserve.

Det verkar vara mycket ilska och racism från båda sidorna. Jag är från Kenya,, började jobba så fort jag lärde mig svenska- alltså efter 4 månader i sverige. Shailley, whatever you note as anger and racism from both sides is attributed to KSB’s exposure of PI’s press freedom bias which was the first source of hanging out the suspected woman’s personal data. KSB supporters had to hit back to bring sanity. The PI racists are long gone.
Stupid PI apologists don’t understand the same press freedom laws they exploit to abuse the personal data of others that they expose on their racist blog. Even today as the suspected woman was being charged in court, she was covered by a yellow blanket to protect her identity. Det finns mycket som är positivt i sverige, likaså i afrika. sedan finns det såklart negativa aspeker på bägge sidorna. På vintern kan jag längta till Kenyas fina varma stränder men jag trivs jättebra och har kommit in i det svenska samhället på alla sätt och vis, har absolut inga klagomål, de allra flesta människor är fantastiska, och jag bidrar till samhället enbart positivt.
Önskar att vi kunde sluta diskutera saker och ting enbart utifrån ens bakgrund och istället hjälpa folk att komma in i arbete, utbildning osv och inte bara stå utanför och må dåligt. Sjukt synd om stackars barnen. Men som sagt, det hande kunnat lika gärna varit någon med en helt annan bakgrund. Hudfärg är inte avgörande i detta fall på något sätt anser jag. Sedan står det klart att sådana som SD kommer alltid att komma med idiotiska kommentärer men alla övriga behöver inte sjunka till samma nivå, oavsett våra olika bakgrund :)

KSB: FYI, there is a crime called “Hate speech” for black/white/yellow/pink races etc. I have several nice white friends (and may be you have too) so think about it. Bad guys are there in all camps in all races so let’s keep racism out of KSB.
