  1. Kenyans should stage an ‘Arab Revolution’ by storming State House and dragging out that Zombie president and her shaggy, dirty looking wife and send them to Othaya.

Another alternative is to stage an attack similar to that administered on Samuel Doe, then drag Kibaki and his Mafia cartel in wheelbarrows along Nairobi streets.

Seriously Kenyans, this is the time to take back our country by fighting the King and his Mafia cartel network of impunity.

We should see Kibaki and his cronies captured and forced to cry like Samuel Doe on this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QFdCcRsKxYg&feature=related

  2. There is one thing which Kenyans have not known the cause. I want to be clearly understood by all Kenyans regardless of our 42 tribes which forms Kenya as a Country. Our Country is called Kenya from Colonial’s times and after Independence. Kenyans people had not been with quarrel with anyone from any tribes.Locals people are very lovely and peaceful.

Now the problems comes from our leaders who does not know the laws of the Country or they know and read but does not know how to translate how it works. When Kenyatta changed his names to reflect Kenya, (-tta-) was added on with a purpose and the same groups who are now bringing chaos in the country had translated Kennyatta to be Kenya but (tta) had a hidden meaning which most of us does not understand or know.

Kenya is the name of our country, and there are two mountains in Kenya, one is called Mount Elgon situated in Western Kenya and the other one is called Mount Kenya situated in Central Province of Kenya. Now when it comes into translation of the names Kenya, those highly educated people living around Mount Kenya translate it to be Kenyan Government simply because our first President was named Kenya-tta So Mount Kenya region was made to be the entire Kenyan Country, mind you one tribe among 42 tribes to be Kenya.

Surprisingly Kenyatta worked out to see that his tribesmen and women must go and live in all Provinces and start Business there while other Kenyans were blanketed by the word unity and peace. So his tribes men scartered in every Province to stay and do business. They were given money to buy lands to the willing and buying style, which was not bad to get money and buy or sell a portion of your land which was good.

Now people started noticing some sinful signs coming in.For example; During the election period those people in other Provinces were voting to their tribesmen where they came from but not to support the people in areas where they bought lands? That is to be seen that those Provinces were all supporting their man while not at where thet stay? People started questioning the behavior.

Now the people from Mt.Kenya had to appoint their tribesmen in every key Government Departments in every Province, in Banks, etc.Don’t think Kenyans were not seing that sinful actions but were also watching to see what was taking place. Then the mysterious assassination came in and no case or person was convicted on any crime or brought to book, and people were watching. Now the Mt. Kenya group vowed not to let anybody else from any tribe to become President in Kenya. If you try you die and many died. That was to eleminate other tribes not to reach on Presidential level.

When Moi became President people thought he will save them but he followed the same style namely Nyayo (footsteps). Now they became two tribes to Govern Kenyans and that is why you see Moi supporting because they blanketed Kenyans in the name of unity to robe them their rights. Now can you tell me which unity has PNU brought to Kenyans? How many tribes are in it? PNU (Party of No Unity) comprises Mt. Kenya region only, is that Kenyans party? All parties which joined PNU were Brief Case parties without proper registration and because the Registrar of Political Parties is from the same region their laws are ok to them. Uhuru Kenyatta was a Kanu party leader, and he threw it a away because of tribal base and joined the tribal party with the name Kanu of which he did not know how it operates? Which one is his party PNU or KANU? Is that what they call constitution? How many meetings has he called or attended in his party Kanu?

The law governing Coalition Government of the two principals does not allow one of them to appoint anybody in any office without consultation. Where did Kibaki got the powers to appoint his tribemen without consultation with Prime Minister Raila? And even though what is the work of the newly appointed team (CIC) of Charles Nyachae & CO to be included into implimentation of the new constitution? Infact the two principals should not deal with that case alone untill they include Nyachae’s team, and others, they should advertise the jobs for other people to come from outside the Government.

There is one thing people are looking at Kibaki and looks down at Kibaki and looks
down wondering what Kibaki and Kalonzo are doing and why is he collaborating with the six perpetrators named by Ocampo of ICC and he Kibaki was not named in that list even Kalonzo Musyoka? Were they part of them the six? Now Ocampo got the names from Waki Commission and handed over to Kofi Annan in an envelope sealed. Was that report done by Raila or Waki Commission? Why Raila’s name is being blamed? Do these pepole want Kenyans laws to be Mount Kenya constitution for people to believe? Marende was rulling on New Kenyans Constitution not Mt. Kenya Corruption Cinstitution. They can go to Hell with their mentality corrupt Constitution and family courts. Kenyans must wake up and tell these people to forget their corrupt constitution, this is a new Kenyans constitution where President has no powers to run the Government alone. The new appointees should not come from Central Province. We want to see people from Ogieki tribe,Trukana, Maasai, Luhya, and Teso tribes not only mere Kikuyus all the time. By the way Kenyans does not understand what people are talking about succession of Presidency, is it the Mt. Kenya Presindency or Kenyans Presidency which is elected by all Kenyans? In which Constitution do we get succession laws and in which clause is that law mentioned? Let Kenyans talk about Kenyan Constitution but not the Confusion of Mt. Kenya which is a regional tribal thing.MPs are now being pocketed money to mess up with the laws of new constitution. The year 2012 is for new faces not you.

  3. People of Kenya,

This is serious stuff, vintage Okoth Osewe (Young lion of Kenya) with the the subject matter and arguments embedded therein strictly subordinated to the formidable title, so that from the very start our reading is directed, and we cannot go astray, from premise ( the title of the piece) to the indictment of the government, according to the evidence presented.

This particular case is symptomatic of much of Africa. If only we had one brave journalist man like you, in our province in Africa (instead of the pretentious, irrelevant, monomaniac one-armed bandits, cowards, sycophants,& psychopaths putting their smelly noses where their smelly noses do not belong.

It was not amusing either, to hear Uganda’s Museveni saying after 25 changes in power, asking.
“Why are you so agitated that there must be change in Uganda, when the economy is growing well, education is free…? Why are you not looking at the change in the economy?
By the end of five years, Uganda will be a middle income country, and that is why I will not allow Besigye and that crowd to disorganize this country.”

And so he’s getting five more years….

  4. Kibaki and his political allies and hangers on fear that Raila will support a speedy prosecution of the PEV suspects thereby ensuring justice for the PEV victims… This explains why I will vote for Raila Amollo Odinga. We are tired of IMPUNITY and the RETROGRESSIVE status quo.

  5. I thought Judge Musinga who ruled that the nominations were unconstitutional is a voice from the Judiciary? Or prezo knows another Judicairy which must side with him!

  6. About this ICC issue, If Kibaki, Muthaura, Ali and Uhuru are innocent what do they have to fear about the Hague? The way they are acting tells me that they are driven by FEAR. Is this another classic case of the GUILTY always being AFRAID? Looks like to me.

  7. If Ruto believes so passionately that one Moreno Ocampo came and collected hearsay for evidence against him and UK among others from one Hassan Omar Hassan of the KNCHR, then why not face Ocampo in court at the Hague with the team of lawyers we have seen him assemble before and tear that evidence to smithrens, get the case thrown out and come back the hero he wants us to believe he is and seek our votes to support him!

  8. Any person that will support a speedy prosecution of the PEV suspects thereby ensuring justice for the PEV victims is what Kenya is looking for. This explains why I will vote for Raila.

  9. Watch Uhuru the panicky noisemaker who knows that Hague is his next home soon. He wants a local judicial process because that will make him secure in bulldozing his way into freedom. Ruto is making similar noises because the Hague us beckoning.

Listen to the wise words of Justice Minister Kilonzo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90-2od9vvMY

  10. Here we go again with Uhuru whipping up tribal sentiments by asking an audience in Wangige using the Kikuyu language whether: “THEY THINK KIBAKI IS UNCIRCUMCISED? HE CAN THINK FOR HIMSELF!
Uhuru, just like his father, uses too much Kikuyu in public, a reflection of poor leadership. By extension it exhibits his vision of a Kikuyu-dominated Kenya. He should accept that we are in an era of Coalition ruling, not his father’s one party era.

His anger is now dubbed ‘Uhuru’s rage’ aimed at Speaker Marende’s decision to nullify Kibaki’s nominees. Now, my good Kenyans, is Uhuru the right man for the presidency if today he can openly use derogatory terms on people who are not circumcised? He is obviously angry with Raila for no reason, because he is not the one who made the ruling against Kibaki’s nominees.

Uhuru is scared of The Hague and knows that if the four judicial nominees are rejected, then his goose is cooked. But is he going anywhere? NO, because the US is not backing the ICC deferral soon to be taken to the UN Security Council by Mr 8%. The Kenyan political leadership PNU wing is full of clowns.

  11. It seems these Kalenjin political clowns following Ruto blindly to Uhuru have not realized that a Kikuyu political leader in Kenya is not trustworthy. The Kikuyu agenda is to keep leadership within GEMA so as to lock out other Kenyans. Anyway, Let these Kalenjin sheep get herded into oblivion by the Gema network of impunity.

  12. Dear comrades,
Africa is still along way to go.
Uganda’s life president General Yoweri Kaguta Museveni elects himself for the 6th Term in office after 25 years in power. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OD2OFJkLvE

The presidential and parliamentary exercise that ended yesterday fell far short of expectations of a democratic, free and fair election. It is unprecedented in Uganda’s elections since 1961. This was not an election in the true meaning of the word. Elections follow norms or standards with minor unintended irregularities here and there which can be excused. The whole electoral cycle was a fraud. The electoral commission chairman’s remarks that irregularities occur in young democracies should not be accepted. To facilitate debate, here are some illustrations of what went wrong throughout the electoral cycle.

    1. The Electoral Commission was partial. Despite the recommendation of the Uganda high court in the Election Petition after the 2006 that the elections commission was to incompetent to manage a credible election and the cries of the Uganda opposition and civil society against Badiru Kigundu’s election commission, Museveni refused to appoint a new, competent and independent electoral commission for the 2011 elections implying he planned to rig the election.
    2. Inflated voter register was compiled by a partial electoral commission. In Museveni’s home area of Ntungamo district where his wife contested a parliamentary seat, there were more than 2 million
Registered voters. This is outrageous! Earlier warnings that the register in Ntungamo had been inflated were denied. In Kawempe a small residential area in Kampala City another outrageous voter figure of more than 1 million was recorded.
    3. On elections day, many voters were not on voter register, others were in different polling stations, others had names but no photographs, yet others had photographs but no names against them and
could not vote. These wide spread irregularities affected voters in the opposition camp greatly. 5,826 031 million voters ended up not voting. So it could not have been an accident.
    4. There was an absence of fairness in the sense of a level playing field. The opposition was denied access to media in many occasions and they were not given adequate financial resources. There was gerrymandering (new boundaries of districts to favor (NRM) and unknown polling stations in them.
    5. Financial resources at the disposal of presidential candidates displayed such a wide gap that disproportionately favored the incumbent to the extent that it made presidential elections a joke.
The additional 700 billion shillings at the disposal of Museveni in the final weeks of campaigning made all the difference. Buying votes by the incumbent throughout the election campaign and even when voting was in progress. This is against electoral regulations. Museveni had superior resources in money, personnel and the advantage of incumbency that fraudulently tilted the election in his favor. Coincidentally Uganda government has gone broke as reported by the Minister of Finance.
    6. Use of media services was biased against some candidates.
    7. Lack of security restricted campaigning by some presidential candidates.
    8. Intimidation of opposition candidates and supporters was common.
    9. Massive deployment of military in main battle tanks in full combat gear rather than police officers was the incumbent’s main intimidation tool throughout the voting process. This affected the results greatly for this discouraged opposition voters from voting because they knew the army was deployed by their opponent against them.
    10. Many ballot boxes were not sealed and stuffed with votes already ticket in favour of Museveni. In other areas voting materials were deliberately delivered late when many voters had lost the polling station. This had adverse implications.
    11. Some agents from opposition parties had difficulties monitoring voting because supposedly they presented wrong accreditation letters. Others were denied access while others were detained and falsely accused of planning to disrupt elections.
    12. Indelible ink was not used in many polling stations, implying voting more than once.
    13. Voters were assaulted, arrested and detained by security officers as in Ntungamo district.
    14. In many cases voter secrecy was violated.
    15. International observers should have covered the entire electoral cycle. Most of them came to cover the polling day virtually leaving out what happened before February 18, 2011.
    16. They are expected to be neutral and write an honest report whether or not the exercise was free and fair. They should avoid subjective conclusions based on vague formulations such as “given the prevailing circumstances”. This has been the general formulation since the 1980 elections. This time international and domestic observers should report whether or not the election cycle was free and fair. Nothing in between. Failure to do that will jeopardize their credibility.
    17. The chairman of the electoral commission has a solemn duty to be faithful to the people of Uganda and announce real results but he has announced adulterated results moreover which came out of an electoral process that was consistently flawed in favour of the incumbent. That way he has not changed from what he did in the elections of 2006 a precedent he set to keep his carrier a claim the opposition were correct to make.
    18. It has been suggested that the cheated presidential candidates must not go to the Supreme Court again because many Ugandans think they know how it will judge the case. Instead, other methods including peaceful demonstrations throughout the country are being considered by the opposition, civil society organizations, and religious organizations to denounce the results and block formation of a new government.
    19. Uganda security forces have a challenge not to intervene against peaceful demonstrations. The behavior of forces in Tunisia and Egypt should serve as a guide.

    20. Museveni thinks Ugandans are cowards and can’t sustain a long demonstration. He believes that once a few bones have been broken the rest will run for cover and never return.
    21. Are we Ugandans cowards? No, Ugandans are not cowards when it comes to fighting dictatorship. They can go out and fight protracted wars if they decide.

  13. Here is Jomo Kenyatta ridiculing Jaramogi Odinga. Uhuru Kenyatta is the same now discussing nonsense on Raila Odinga. Why not just talk soberly? This is how dictatorship begins…Uhuru is just like the father using his Kikuyu base to ridicule others. Words like “Is Hague their Mother’s” show clearly his outright anger. Who person for political generatonal change.

  14. Uhuru is a fool. We need his track record from when he lived in Boston. He was a big loser in the US and now thinks he can be a president in Kenya. Infact he needs anger management sessions. Maybe he is talking about the uncircumsised men he slept with in Boston. What a shame….

  15. To avoid misinterpretations, and him being a national leader, Uhuru should have said whatever he wanted to in the national language…….why kihii? its because he wanted the hidden meaning to hit home!!

  16. Interesting info on Uhuru:

But then there is the mystery that will always hang at the back of many Kenyan minds about exactly what happened in the US where Uhuru supposedly went for his degree. Rumour has it that he never completed his studies while others say it was because he was deported over some drug-related allegations.

However, the one about him being separated was true and his wife returned to be at his side during his presidential bid in 2002.

It is clear that Uhuru Kenyatta has shown us all a glimpse of what the younger generation an do if given an opportunity to rule this country. However as a result of his ubringing and past experiences it is difficult for him to really empathise over the plight of the ordinary Kenyan (although he has tried very hard to).

  17. Uhuru, Ruto and Muthaura are in panic mode because The Hague is at their doorsteps. GEMA’s game plan is to get their own local jury that will free Uhuru so that he can lead Kenya into an eternal abyss of impunity.

Ruto sees himself as the next vice president so that he can continue his agenda of war-mongering. Didn’t he call for the ‘uprooting’ of Kikuyu in the Rift Valley in 2007?

My question is, do you hear Uhuru or Ruto talking about development for their dirt poor constituents??? NOOOO! They are only talking about how to kick Raila’s ass which they feel is blocking their open path to perpetual impunity.

What about the Kikuyu who wanted Ruto’s head for the RV killings? Is this all 4gotten? Is Ruto the newfound ally, yet Kikuyus are rotting in IDP camps with nothing to show that their tribesmen Kibaki is president and Uhuru deputy vice president?

Shame on those who think generational change in politics means taking a chain-smoking drunkard with blood-shot eyes and ill-temper as the next president will save Kenya!

  18. Here’s Ambassador Ranneberger’s interview yesterday concerning Kibaki’s fake judicial nominations:

  19. There is a rumor that Uhuru Kenyatta uses cocaine and that is why he has so much anger. His wife Margaret Wanjiru Gakuo separated from him and lives in London. The guy is a wife beater and his anger is uncontrollable with a mixture of heavy alcohol drinking.

  20. Is this not in gema area. Why should we be putting out fires when there is a budget to oversee and plan with proactively. Extreme worthlessness and selfishness by these cake grabbers and minimalists in parliament. We are coming to turn things around. But we need to know who has the the key to the lock as well as the handle to open the doors to liberty and sense.

I am to be proud to be a Kenyan but not with this representation. We know many ready to do a more sincere effort to reflect the true measure of blessings within our nation. Do any of these goons know our national anthems lyrics.

    Blessup

  21. Just got this mail thought it had something of interest.

    Hi All,

WHAT IS REALLY A KENYAN DREAM?

What should have become the East Africa’s most innovative governance Incubator, Kenya, have become anything but.

Best of all, use the new county concept under the new constitution, can be use as a kind of national Incubator to conduct lots of experiments on how complex challenges in public policy from health care and education to the environment and economic growth can be best met.

Next, harvest the yield of best practices from that rich Incubator and implement on a nationwide scale the policies that have proved to be most promising and effective.

This would ensure that the Kenya Government from the top would not undermine to the stifling powers of vested interests that marred, and eventually seemed to kill, the dynamism of young Kenya eager to make the best of the future but building Kenya at the same time.

Instead, The Government of Kenya would preserve its former statue of the most stable country in Africa and use it to stay on the edge of 21st century or modernity. Better yet, it would manage to do so on all fronts on which human progress is usually measured: the economy, technology, the environment, living standards and levels of personal satisfaction.

This is what I would called the Kenya Dream. Rather than backstabbing and pinning the blame on tribal lines or on this politician or that party, let’s look at something more fundamental and Practical: Kenyans’ willingness to work with each other and to learn from one another.

    to be continued…
