  1. Leaders in Africa does not fulfill their pledges they promise the people in campaigning period. They turn round to seek their own relatives to lead major offices and then impunity, corruption, dynasty, and nepotism takes shape, and then seek for popularity for themselves to be known.

In West Africa, Kwame Nkrume was the leader to be imulated by his good rule, and he left History of which was taught in Schools in the World. And lastly in South Africa Nelson Mandela won the hearted leadership and is now free in minds and enjoying life without any worries, a good man to his people. We praise God for that type of leadership.

In East Africa, it is only Tanzania which listen to its people’s views, and I thank the late Nyerere to leave a good name in leadership. All Tanzanians are lovely people with respect to other people. I recomment them.

But in Kenyan leadership was started by wrong leaders who reduced the contry into a village tribal leadership. The World can prove that to be true. The ICC Hague case has revealed all which was being hidden not to be known, even Chicken can witness the mess Kenyans are going through. We have no comment in Kenyan leadership, only ashameful leadership. Kenyans will not get a true constitution while those Chameleons are still leading. They change their colors wherever they go. But you can see the color changed but the body is still chameleon.Let them read Egypt clearly.

In Uganda during my youth period, Uganda was the only Country in East Africa which you could admire. The leadership was very perfect with good true relationship and love. Many Kenyans worked in Uganda for so many years untill the new leadership ordered people to go back to their orginal countries. I too stayed there for one year in 1958 and I was satisfied with the good leadership management.People had good respect one to another.Women were very respecting people to win people’s hearts.

A good leader should not exceed two terms in leadership unless the all corners of the country agrees to retain him or her. According to Col. Mande’s message people should not ignore it because Mande was with Museveni in one Army and he knows him very well than anybody else.Africans should learn something from what is happening in Midleast in Arabs countries. Museveni should not use force in electing himself but let people decide and choose their choices.

In Kenya the former President Moi used all styles of tactics to retain his leadership, but left it with shame and his party was to die too, although his son is trying to revive it but there is no air to breath.Let the Ugandans people choose their way out.

  2. Good read gentlemen Mande and Osewe,

inspiring to the core. We must continue to encourage quality and not quantity of leaders. While persuing this necessary cause, to sensitize thru suitable channels the prerequsites of leaders fit for us. Otherwise the sad truth is that the leaders we “choose” are a reflection of who we are as a people and either our ignorance or our expectations.

I came across this in The Daily Nation today. Happening in the media in kenya about Uganda.

  3. The regime in Uganda has started applying violence and draconian law against the opposition in some parts of the country in order to have unopposed rigging as you may read the statement here beloe;

Look at the turn up of Ugandans against Museveni in the picture. They have resolved to get him out of power by all means and they are no longer fearful.

  4. Col. Mande,
Can you get in touch with me please? You may use my email.
    Thanks

  5. Museveni is at it again using his security forces to maim and kill innocent Ugandans who are exercising their freedoms of assembly and expression. I hope the Arab revolution catches up with him. Gbagbo of Ivory Coast is gone, so let us pray that this corrupt and murderous Ugandan president will also go.

Police and military are giving conflicting accounts of what happened to opposition leader, Kizza Besigye, in the Thursday ‘Walk-to-Work’ fracas at Kasangati in Wakiso District.

Whereas Army Spokesman, Lt. Col. Felix Kulayigye, says Dr Besigye was “not hurt at all”, Police publicist Judith Nabakooba says “something else, not a bullet” glazed his finger.

Our Reporter, John Njoroge, who is now at Kampala Hospital in Kololo, says doctors at the medical facility conclude after an X-ray examination that a rubber bullet shattered the third digit of Dr Besigye’s right arm.

  7. Museveni is doing what Moi did in the 1980s in Kenya by using his ruthless State security to mercilessly beat any opposition member. Raila was right that the US is notorious for supporting dictators.

Museveni is using his security to beat and frustrate Dr Besigye, the opposition leader.

A total shame the way Besigye is treated by Museveni’s security:

Besigye being teargassed and refused freedom of movement even when he wanted to fly to Nairobi for specialized treatment. Moi did the same to the opposition leaders in Kenya.
