  1. I will do three things for Victoria Kalamba. Am sending 2000 kr to help the kid. I will forward this case to my bosses in the red cross and see what we can do. I will visit Ambassador Purity Muhindi not to demonstrate but to ask her to intervene untill that kid is taken for treatment to the USA. But what the work of our governments? How long should we continue to see our people live worse than slaves on top of our riches?
If this girl will die she will have died of corruption and missmanagement rather than the disease because the disease is curable. How can the whole Kenya fail to treat this kid. And its not only Kenyan children in such bad situations, its all over Africa.
This is the challenge in our hands if we are to be counted as sons and daughters of Africa. We who sit down and watch the situation without doing something are doing a worse service to ourseves, our children and generations to come, than those swindlers we are keeping in power.
The African revolution is gaining momentum. It is going to run from Tunisia to Cairo and move on up to Cape town.
Stand up for your rights and be counted you true sons and daughers of mother Africa. Put your tribes, religion, political parties etc aside and unite against dictatorship and mismanagement. I dedicate the song to you all.

Am also contemplating organising a fund raising funktion for the kid. I need your views on this.

KSB: Very good step Ndugu Mande. It is a shame that the child is in this condition when huge amounts of money is being used to organize bogus dinners in Stockholm for the same people who ought to be addressing such problems.

  2. Bro Mande your compassion is appreciated. However, Useless Purity will not give you anything other than a message on the limits of her job as Ambassador. Kenyan MPs are immune to such situations and can only deal with fattening their wallets with stolen tax money. Good luck.

  3. ngai fafa, useless MPs that only know how to pocket 7 figure salaries tax free. I hope those selfish greedy bastard in that parliament watch this and see what they are doing to fellow poor Kenyans. You know what after watching this I change my mind on the plans to help the Hague SIX with our taxes to fund their cases.

  4. Hydrocephalaus is a treatable condition but poverty and lack of awareness seem to be the biggest hinderance among those affected. There is a hospital in Kijabe that helps children so that they can get to be normal in society.Without help, their growth is stunted and become stigmatized, isolated, and live like outcasts. It seems there are very many cases in Kenya.

The poor lady whose MP called Mwatela could not help, is a case in point whose child’s treatment could have cost less if the greedy MP had assisted her with information about the treatment in Kijabe, instead of telling her they only help those with HIV.

When Kenyans picket in Stockholm some people think they are jokers. These are the cries of the poor we all need to think about instead of swallowing free drinks and ugali at Purity’s residence.

  5. Compare to this Kenyan lady who is at least financially better off. Her child with the same condition has adjusted and goes to school like the rest.

  6. This lady am going to call her tonite and know what exctaly the plans are i want to be part of this girl recovery… i can post something when i call!!

  7. oh God! I was persnonly touched soo much by this story and to make the matter worse, its a treatable ugojwa. I have just spoken to the mother who told me that she is looking for money for treat abroad, she sound really worried.Pls kenyans and friends of kenyans, lets help this kid first and then ask what is wrong with our dear kenya. Have already chiped in 350 kr to her and she really appreciated. Tusaindie huyu mama tadhari n God will bless us.

  8. It is the hightime we together make sure we help the government to build our healthcare system, together we can make it.Can we not wake up everyday and see that we unite financially and with commitment and change this system.Hydrocephalus is a cureable child ailment that can be cured and treated when diagonised in right time. One sign is the by ditecting unusual head measurement.
