The storo in which a Kenyan woman was allegedly about to be conned 150.000kr has been put on ice. Both sides involved in the deal have taken contact with KSB to report that the matter has been resolved and that the deal is on. According to information gathered, the deal will be signed on Friday the 19th of November 2010 after which the house on sale will change hands.
In view of the new development, KSB is withholding the storo in the interest of the two Kenyans involved. Our view is that the storo has the potential of “fueling the fire” at a time when the two parties have returned to the negotiating table to resolve the crisis. We encourage the two Kenyan ladies to keep on track because they are involved in a huge transaction that is very progressive.
We know the two Kenyans to be responsible, hard-working, honest and upright citizens of the Republic. They have families and children who look upon them as role models. As a responsible Media, it is the view of KSB that the two Kenyans be given time to sort themselves out. Reports about the alleged fraud may have been given to KSB agents out of sheer frustrations and misunderstandings. We do not wish to rush with details gathered because such a move may be destructive to the new sense of cooperation between the two parties.
We take this opportunity to congratulate both parties for having accepted to continue with the talks. We hope that once the deal is sealed, both parties will be happy. As Kenyans, we need to encourage one another to acquire property in Sweden and given the hard work that has gone into the deal, it is only fair that the parties be given time to sort themselves outside KSB.
We understand that negative publicity may be injurious and damaging to personalities involved while we also recognize the fact that a war of words at KSB between the two parties is not the way to go. We will be happy to help in any other way possible should need arise.
