WELCOMES you to an end of the year meeting and Christmas get together table (julbord) evening on Saturday DEC 19th 2009, in Sollentuna.

The X-mas party will start at 19:00hrs with Christmas songs in Kinyarwanda & Kirundi by a free Swedish X-mas welcome drink, traditional Swedish x-mass glög & appetizer followed by a warm East African meal on agashibo (Rwandan National beans), and crowned with a lovely evening dance until your beautiful legs begin to struggle down before you make your journey home!
***Should there be excess funds after meting the budget of this get together, the funds will be used to organise our organisation’s 20th anniversary scheduled for next year. This will be your chance to be part of this momentous event! Info is also contained in our next year’s activity plan which will be read during the ocassion on Saturday.
Without your tireless support and dedicated loyalty, we wouldn’t be on the cusp of turning 20!
You have shared your Kinyarwanda language and dance skills with friends and taught our kids to speak this beautiful language. And here, you have also undoubtedly influenced the opening of our Embassy in Scandinavia .
As the clock ticks towards 2010, let all of us — Africans, East-Africans, Rwandese, Swedes, brothers and sisters of same united world meet up and LET GOOD TIMES ROCK & ROLL peacefully amoug us and all members of the multicultural Swedish society!
Contribution fee for non members: SEK50 for adults and FREE for children (under 18).
*Among the many surprises are presents generously provided by our Embassy for the benefit of all children.
Special Meals : SEK30, for adults & SEK 20 for kids (over 10 years) and free for those below 10. All subsidised by the Banyarwanda kulturförening (BAKUF). Beverages of your own choice will be served and will cost differently.
