The Memorial Service for the late Mr. Philip Owili Ongaro will take place tomorrow, Tuesday 8th December at the Seventh Day Adventist Church situated at Olof Palmegatan 25 in Stockholm (Nearest Tube is Höterget). The body leaves for Kenya on Thursday December 9th and is expected in Kenya on Friday, December 10th.
Kenyans, friends, sympathizers and well wishers are all invited to the Memorial service. Through Mr. Owili’s widow, Mrs Jane Owili, the family has thanked everybody who participated in the Saturday harambee where a total of 42.000 kr was raised.
The family sent special thanks to the Committee for a work well done. The widow told KSB that the family has had to borrow money to top up the amount that was raised by Kenyans so that the body can be transported to Kenya for burial.
