A Kenyan man “has dropped all pending cases” against his ex, citing psychological difficulties and pressure from friends. The Kenyan has had a long standing dispute with his ex on the question of child custody and property rights.
According to the Prosecution, the Kenyan decided to drop all cases for the sake of peace. The man has been losing all court cases to the woman then filing appeals or new cases without success.
A sampling of opinion from Kenyans who have been following the case indicate that the woman appears to be smarter than the Kenyan and that this factor has contributed to the man’s loss of every case in the dispute. The man was not immediately available for comment.
Both the man and the woman are reported to be in a permanent state of “cold war” following a bitter separation that was marked by intrigue, character assassination and dirty propaganda wars.
KSB has had an exclusive access to hundreds of court cases involving Kenyans in Stockholm. The archive makes horrific reading of criminal activities of certain Kenyans (including drug trafficking, prostitution and human smuggling). Some cases touch on Kenyans with very high standing in society. The archive is legally obtainable through the Swedish court system.
The archive was obtained by KSB as part of a new research project about trends in criminality among immigrants in Sweden.

Sometimes money can’t buy love. This lady’s ex husband had sworn to drag her to court and spend up to one million kroner to prove that he is smarter. However, as accounts show, she has beaten him at his own game.
This man lost the custody of his child, the apartment, numerous sums of money paying for useless court cases and eventually had to pay a huge lumpsum of money for the child’s maintenance, which he had been dodging for many years. Ironically, after playing the macho man or the bushman’s role, he has now decided to drop all the so-called charges which were completely baseless. Where are his “cajones”?
It is a waste of time dragging one’s feet fighting an ex-wife in Sweden for petty change. If the man is as intelligent as he assumes, he should have moved on and married another woman. By now he could be having a brand new family to be proud of. However, he got stuck in history, fighting an endless battle. His ex-wife had moved on many years ago.
For other Kenyan men, lick your wounds and find a new woman in case you get into an ex-like situation. Court cases will never get you anywhere in Sweden.
KSB: Interesting details. You seem to know a lot about this case. Separation is normal but some battles that follow could be destructive. This development should bring the case to a closure and, probably, “better relations” for the sake of the innocent child.
