The Appeal case of a Kenyan national who was sentenced to a 3 year jail term for assaulting a Swedish woman has been heard in a Swedish court. The Kenyan had appealed against the sentence which was handed over last year. The case was mainly heard behind closed doors. During the appeal, a Swedish woman was one of the witnesses who testified against the Kenyan. A verdict on the Appeal is expected soon.
