Adhiambo Nyandwe Passes on: Get-Together Memorial Session in Stockholm
The late Martha Adhiambo Nyandwe
It is with great shock and sorrow that the family of Martha Adhiambo Nyandwe (mdogo) announces the passing of Adhiambo who transited on 1st April 2019 in Stockholm after a short illness.
Following her demise, a Memorial get together and fund-raising will be held for Adhiambo on Sunday, 5th May 2019 at Olofpalmegatan 25 at Adventkyrka from 15.00 hrs.
Relatives, friends, sympathizers and well-wishers are all invited to join the family in remembering Adhiambo who was loved by all those who knew her.
The late Adhiambo was the only daughter of Flora Nyandwe and the late Joseph Witts Ger of Gem Ulumbi.
Adhiambo was the step-daughter of the late Lars Karlsson and grand-daughter of the late Samuel and Beldina Nyandwe of Gem Sinaga.
She was niece of the late Henry and Mary Odhiambo, Walter Nyandwe, the late Margaret Racho, Elly Odera the late Dr. James Ang’awa, the late Samson Ger, Dolphine Owino and Selina Midika.
She was step-sister of Elizabeth Akoth and Patrick Witts Ger of Ulumbi. Adhiambo was cousin of Lady Justice Mary Ang’awa and Rev. Philip Owuor.
Adhiambo is survived by her only daughter Beldina Nyandwe who is a dual citizen of both Sweden and the United States.
Adhiambo will be buried on 7th May 2019 in Sweden while a concurrent memorial service will be held at the All Saints Cathedral in Nairobi from 1.00pm.
Adhiambo has lived a good life and now she has gone to be with her father in heaven. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
