Family to travel to Kenya by Wednesday; Burial on Friday 22nd February 2012
Following the bereavement of Githuku wa Muirani’s family, an “Open House” has been opened daily at the residence in Norsborg where friends, well-wishers and sympathizers are meeting to condole with the bereaved family.
Mr. Muirani’s wife, Mrs Mary Muirani, and the couple’s three children are planning to travel to Kenya to attend the funeral and friends are helping with their travelling arrangements. According to information released by the family, Mama Muirani will be buried on Friday, 22nd February 2011. The date could not be changed and Muirani’s family in Sweden are intending to travel to Kenya by Wednesday, 20th February to be able to catch up with the funeral.
Kenyans, friends and well-wishers who would like to be part of planning or those who would like to help are welcome anytime today, Tuesday 19th February from 18.00 hrs at the residence in Norsborg.
The sad news came abruptly and with very little time available, those who will not be able to make it at the Open House but would like to show their solidarity with the family are kindly requested to do so through Handelsbanken account number 691657198608.
