  1. Thanks Osewe. At last we have the G7 Manifesto and why they want the Presidency. These crooks have nothing to offer Kenyans apart from their BIG FAT Tribal Egos. They are a blend of rattle-snakes, hyenas, chameleons and puff-adders who are too poisonous to rule Kenya.

Thursday June 7, 2012 – According to a well connected source in the International Criminal Court (ICC) offices in The Hague, trial of Ocampo 4 will start from September this year.

The source, who is one of key witness, leaked to the DAILY POST that he has been told by the office of the prosecutor to be on standby to begin testifying in the month of September.

The witness, who was speaking in one of major European cities, said he has also been asked to indicate how he wants to give the evidence.

“I have been informed that trial will begin exactly three months after the status conference. I have also been put on notice that I’ll be required to testify either publicly or in secret, “the witness said who is currently under witness protection list.”

However, on Wednesday ICC outreach coordinator for Kenya Mariah Kamara said no decision has been made by the court on the trial date.

“The status conference slated for next week will discuss, among other agenda items, the possible date for the opening of the trial,” Ms Kamara said.

“The judge will decide, next week or later, taking into considerations the arguments and requests of parties and participants and different factors to ensure the fairness of the trials,” she added.

The status confererences for the four suspects will begin on Monday and Tuesday next week.

The four Kenyans charged with crimes against humanity after the post election violence are Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, Eldoret North MP William Ruto, former Head of Civil Service Francis Muthaura and Radio presenter Joshua Sang.
