William the businessman needs to be clear about his contacts and explain the nature of his business, because after navigating the website for 10 minutes, I didn’t see that. There is no phone number or physical address if one needs to visit. And as stated by the businessman himself, he has made it very difficult to contact him. LOL!!! This person needs to be serious if he wants to market his services successfully.
William, I have just called Bolagsverket (The Swedish Companies Registration Office) and they have no company or organization registered as “Fundi AB” or “Fundi Byg & entreprenad.”
You have stated on this website that you are registered for F-skatt. This is not possible because there is no organization under the name you have provided.
The registered ones under Fundi are:
FUNDI KONSULTFIRMA;
Fundi i Stockholm Aktiebolag;
Fundi Fastighetsförvaltning AB;
Fundi Mekan.
My tip: either do your stuff privately or go public with the right information, otherwise you will have a lot to answer to the Swedish authorities. The following information must also be public if your organization exists legally:

This is not about not giving credit, but about the honesty of the company owners to use the same name they have officially registered at Bolagsverket, on their website.
The website should have the name “PAUL & WILLIAM BYGG- & ENTREPRENAD” and not FUNDI whatever, which is misleading.
New info has been added after I queried the incomplete entries. The website then did not show all that the company offered. If the guys want to be competitive, then they should have put up the advertisement when ready with all info. Now they seem to be on the right path. This is about efficiency and accepting criticism for improvement. After all, business has no sympathy or brotherhood, and is especially not about “UKENYA.”
I fully agree with Johan Engström because information must be clear. This is not about being hateful as someone suggested or the lack of support among Kenyans for a good initiative, but about clarity on the registered name. There is nothing to dispute when someone mentions this. Hawa Wakenya must accept challenge if they want competition.
Those asking about the difference on the website’s company name and the registered one are right because it differs from the name provided by Mkenya #6. Let us not rush with publicising our initiatives yet are not clear about the basics like the company’s name in this case.

This new comp0any of Wamai &Okutha was conned by a well known Kenyan guy(thug) who is also a born again christian ,a man who always sits in the high sits in a kenyan church < today the man is in Kronofogden hence he cannot be able to 0pay the job done by these two kenyans plus moms(vat)
To those whom seems to be confused. The website or the name Fundi is what we shall be called soon but we still go under name Paul & William Bygg- & Entreprenad Hb. Yes we are registered In Bolagsverket and Skatteverket, so i dont have tabu or shida at all. Kolla in hos Bolagsverket.
