There is something very important for every Kenyans tribes to know and understand. The Country has its constitution rules or laws since Independence but was misused and changed by these people changing things to suit themselves in tribal manner.
The 1963 Constitution had clauses of rotational Presidency in every Province after one or two term of five years each, no one knows when it was repealed or not and on which date and years. Kenyatta repealed it in assassinations of those who would be Presidence, some of us saw it happening but we had no way out to question because death was enacted in Kenyatta’s rule to whoever may question would face mysterious death, and many died and Kenyans knows it.
When Moi took over leadership many Kenyans were happy hoping that something good will come out, but they saw the same assassinations working the same way. Then Kenyans lost hope in leadership in Kenya. When Kibaki came in 2002 all Kenyans were happy to see Moi out and hoped to see better life in Kenya but the same feeling came in Kibaki to change a different style of taking Government to be a tribal thing by appointing his tribesmen in every corner of the key Government functions so that no one can have a say. But by doing so he thought that was a very secret thing which no one will know. Is there anything under the Sun which will not be known? We know the night runners even without seeing them personally at daylight but later one will be known,therefore what can one hide on this earth?
This is the painful truth Kenyans must note, and is to every Kenyan in all 42 tribes which forms Kenyan Nation to know but not for the parties. Parties are just groups of people in a society membership but Kenya is for Kenyans 42 tribes which are all equal and whoever plays games of leadership for Kenyans must stand firm to suit all 42 tribes and if not so,one is asked to step aside politely without problems and leave Kenyans get the right learders.
Now Mwai Kibaki’s Presidency of 2007/08 came through back door and caused many lives people died and many are displace up to this time I am writing this truth. 1,500 or more people died 350,000 or more displaced and some are in Uganda right now 20011. Do we have a Government in Kenya to look in to that plight or not? Is Kibaki the President of Kenya or of Mount Kenya or for who?
Kenyans knew that 2007 Presidency in Kenya was not there and no one was invited to come and witness the inauguration of their President of Kenya at Uhuru Park as usual. Therefore if something is not as usual, what do you think and expect it to be?
Kibaki was not elected as President of Kenya in 2007, because he was defeated by Raila who won the Presidency of Kenya and then Kibaki and his tribesmen in the name of mount Kenya which they translate it to be Kenya harriedly stole it and ran very quickly to the State House to Swear him at night as President of mount Kenya. That is the truth if not so how many tribes of Kenya came to witness that swearing at night there?
Now the question is; How can Kenyans trust and prove what Kibaki and team are doing to be the genuine Kenyans interest? Is it not that whatever he do is for mount Kenya but not for the real Kenyans who did not attend his inauguration? So the messes Kenyans are witnessing is for mount Kenya who came through the back door at night and want to bring it in to a new constitution so that the World may think it is the wishes of Kenyans but which is not for the real Kenyans but for Mount Kenya night inauguration’s laws.
The team which came to solve Kenyans problem which were done by mount Kenya found that Kibaki did not win, and by not ashaming him openly they brought in Raila to Govern Kenyans as Prime Minister and him Kibaki to be there as President to please his mount Kenya people, and named that Government a Coalition Government to share powers 50% each 50/50. They had to put in a new laws to Govern Coalition Government. The back door people thought it is as usual but did not know what was going on up to this moment.They are still hanging on the old laws of corrupting things to suit their ways. Ashame to them.
To prove my truth you can read the report of “Kriegler’s assertion that the winner of 2007 Presidential election cannot be determined who won” because Kibaki was not seen anywhere in those votes. So ODM is the party rulling Kenyans now and that is why Raila was made Prime Minister to share powers with PNU party which was also harriedly formed from brief cases parties which did not agree itself or meet the required laws to Governing the Nation.
Kenyans must be aware that Kibaki is unconstitutional President untill Kenyans will elect a new President in 2012 and that is why you see the back doors lawyers in that party working day and night to confuse Kenyans on the right new constitution.They don’t have anything new in their minds except corruption and impunity.
The new appointed Commission of CIC of Charles Nyachae and others must be aware of that to give Kenyans the true new laws but not mount Kenya’s corrupt night laws. I think any Kenyan will understand my point as a Kenyan but not as a tribal person. I love all Kenyans on the right laws.The Commissions should not allow partisan things in this new constitution implementation.Otherwise Majimbo should be introduced to calm the tribal thing in their regions but if it is Kenyans laws, we dont need to hear something called succession which we don’t have in our laws. The Kenyan Presidents are elected by 42 tribes of Kenya by votes. But the Kibaki succession is for mount Kenya Chief to replace Kibaki and join other Kenyans later.The regional leadership of succession does not affect Kenyans. Kenyans 42 tribes will elect a President in 2012 by votes.
