In a transforming Kenya, a group of people has created a new tribe.
Applied Theories of Expanding Minds shows some of them engaged in ritual
actions with the purpose of changing their community.
Applied Theories of Expanding Minds was filmed in Nairobi, Kenya, during
autumn 2009 and is shown as a videoinstallation consisting of eight
projections.
ZBR Productions was created by Rut Karin Zettergren, Lena Bergendahl and
Jennifer Rainsford in 2008. They show their mutual piece – Applied Theories
of Expanding Minds – as their Final Exhibition at the Royal University
College of Fine Arts.
