What kind of timing is this on the program? If the conference will end at 4:30 pm, why should participants mingle from 7 pm to 12 pm? It makes no sense because according to this, they will be mingling until Nov. 29.

Thanks for taking time to comment on the programme.Participation is voluntary ,if does make sense , my only advice is do not attend .The choice is yours.Well to explain it you ,the place where the conference is being helad ,and where the evening dinner will be are not one and the same .Heteroplus memebers wil also have to head back to their hotel roomas and freshen up so as to attend the vening dinner.You are welcome Mr.Mwangi l,lets be positive ,instead of pulling down each other .

Its to be noted that the conference is to held at Medborgplatesen ,and the evening dinner is at anaohas which is Eriksbergsgatan.Also sorry for the typing erors .I hope Mwangi it does make sense now.

It still doesn’t make sense because you are only expressing frustration instead of answering my query. I did not ask the MINGLING VENUE. Stop being picky and answer why people need to mingle from 7pm to 12pm. This is the point, not a long, unnecessary and itchy comment. Everything is clear except the mingling period.
Please remain focused and do not display your edginess even when not required. Again in simple English, “What do you mean by people mingling from 7pm to 12pm?”

Hello Mwnagi ,l do hope you are fine with this .Those who will have attended the conference will be having dinner at 7’oclock ,there after people will be free to stay and mingle with others.This will continue untill midnight the same day 28th Dec 2008.I have tried to be as simple as l can ,and as for you belief that am angry ,its not the case ,so feel free to attend .There will be a band in attendance,this information will be availed to the delagates at the start of the conference.So for more deatails attend if you have the time.

Programs offered to potential participants need to be reviewed and corrected before being posted in the public domain.
Sista’s reply leaves the schedule open. This means she sees my response as hopeless (not understanding) and suggests the mingling will proceed till the next day without a definitive end.
Tony chips in and writes that the mingling with entertainment through a live band will end at midnight the same day. Well, ‘same day’ literally ends at 11:59pm, though that is not very restrictive. Take note that you have written 12:00pm which is wrong in this part of the world, because ‘pm’ means during the day. It is also why I saw no sense in having a regular Swedish ‘mingle’ running from 7pm to 12pm the next day. Since you have used the 12-hour period, you should have written “7pm to midnight”, “12 midnight” or “12:00am”.
Your 12pm for midnight would work well in the USA but not in Sweden, that is why those used to time notations in Europe might get confused. Please use the 24-hour time notation next time to avoid this confusion.
The dinner you mention now at 7pm is not indicated in the program. You only note: mingling 7pm…12pm.
The 24-hour time notation would have worked better, being commonly used in this part of the world so as not to confuse “pm” and “am” and your program would have read 24:00 or 00:00.
Tony, instead of taking hours running back and forth at KSB, your first response should have been to acknowledge the confusion and correct or re-write the program. And all for just for one term: pm.
Clarity of info is the way forward in attracting people to a public function.

It is nice to note that now you have resolved the issue yourself.I was not posting the programme for only Swedish folks.If you were really keen to be in the loop ,you could have taken time and visited http://www.heteroplus where there is both the english and swedish versions of the programme.

As usual it is just a waste of time engaging you in any discussion because you really portray mediocrity. Keep it up because as Omondi Okoko told you earlier, it all remains in the annals of KSB for people to see how you think.
You just can’t differentiate between ‘pm’ and ‘am’. You are responsible for what you post, which in this case is the Program. Why should I take time to enter an Internet link when you have provided a timetable that is faulty and needs correction?
A lot of your responses do bring out the yokel in you, by not accepting that to err is human. This is not personal, but from my observations on how you write at KSB.
Why should I even bother mentioning? After all, “literary pedigree is never equal among men”.
