President elect Raila Amollo Odinga has said that the planned million match rally at Uhuru Park scheduled for Thursday 3rd January will continue despite a ban on the rally by the fake government of Dictator Kibaki. Mr. Odinga confirmed that the rally will proceed at an International press conference in Nairobi, today Tuesday.
The Party had given the mandatory three day’s notice to police about the rally in accordance with the law. The ban on the rally is a violation of Freedom of Assembly enshrined in the Kenyan Constitution. ODM has appealed to supporters to attend the rally.
In the meantime, ODM has held a Press Conference in Nairobi and said that tomorrow, the Party will call another Press Conference to give a detailed account of how votes were rigged by the Kenya Electoral Commission (ECK) which was entrusted with the task of ensuring a free and faire election.
ECK Chairman Samuel Kivuitu plunged the country into chaos after rigging the vote in favour of Kibaki, announcing the fake results and rushing to State House “to declare the winner” before Kibaki was sworn in at a secret ceremony attended by Kibaki’s sycophants and members of their families.
