The Kenyan woman suspected of double murder of her children is currently being charged with murder in a Swedish court. According to the Prosecutor, the evidence is so strong that within the two degrees of suspicion in Swedish law, she will be charged with a “higher level of suspicion” (probable cause) as opposed to the “lower level” (reasonable suspicion). The difference is that persons can be held by the court for 7 days in a lower degree charge and 14 days in a higher degree.
