Telling #Raila not to go to court or to abandon the court process is telling him to call for mass action

Telling Raila not to go to court or to abandon the court process is telling him to call for mass action as a way of addressing the dispute. After the last election, the court process was created as a conduit for addressing the very situation that arose following the vote counting at IEBC. Those who are opposed to the court process are undemocratic because the process exists in the Constitution. What Kenyans and observers alike should be focusing on is whether Cord will come up with enough evidence to demonstrate that election was rigged because if they do, the country will enter into a more delicate situation. Raila should be praised for following the law. The only two options he had were the Supreme Court or the Street Court. I do think that he made a better move by opting for the Supreme Court.

  2. Only in Africa does extreme overt corruption and active participation in genocide boost one’s electoral chances. Best not to apply any Western standards, fairness, rationality to African situations. Additionally it is hard to take Africans seriously when they value the lives of their own brothers and sisters so cheaply that they freely choose to elect him

  3. You can oppress masses, deceive them ,suffocate them ,terrorize them but not all the time! The people of kenya has suffered in the hands of cruel-ruling -class(thieves)
before independence 1963 to 2013 the kenyan people has suffered under babarian and brutal police thugs through shoot to kill hence police in kenya never arrest suspects but they takes law in their hands. Today the icc in hague has set free mr Muthaura hence witness has retracted their statement for fear of being killed . other court witnesses have been killed by the suspects that is Uhuru Kenyatta ,William Ruto and Kenya govt using NSIS(Kwekwe killing Squad)
Today Kenyan people and the world are witnessing Impunity of the highest order Perpetrated by Uhuru and Ruto by pretending to be sworn Kenya President while there is a case in Kenya Court. It has become rigging culture and tradition any time there is election in Kenya the Ruling class thugs steals election through buying Votes bribing Voters and destroying them. There is likely that Kenya govt led by Kibaki who is Uhuru Kenyattas God-father will not respect Supreme court judgement beause we have witnessed the NSIS and Military chiefs threatening Chief Justice Mutunga in his daily work. We call upon the world community especially the most civilized western democratic countries to intervene and save kenya from civil-war which is imminent

  4. Really,i cannot imagine a person talking as if they are working with NSIS and i wonder if some people listen to themselves when they talk.I do not want to be a judge in this case but Uhuru,Ruto and everybody else in the ICC case is innocent till proven guilty.Secondly, the comments made by Lele Msanifu whoever you are are not by any means right, unless you have full evidence that Uhuru and Ruto killed the witnesses who were to testify in Hague.you should know that you are not building Kenya in any way when you throw words and don’t have anything to back them up.Stop fighting your fellow Kenyans and help them to build a better Kenya.on the other hand,Raila has been called the architecture of the violence……so my question is,DOES IT MEAN THAT HE IS?………………Please give us something that we can look up in the future but don’t spread HATE.

KSB: Note that KSB doesn’t approve hate messages or comments that may threaten peace in Kenya. KSB Board decides what is and what is not hate speech. Anything you read at KSB is not hate speech otherwise the blog will enter into legal problems. Regards and keep the peace.
