Urgent appeal to help raise 20.000 Kr for air tickets to Uganda
To all Ugandans, East Africans and all my friends of different nationalities residing in Sweden: I regret to announce the death of John Ssimbwa Kiwanuka R.I.P. the father of my daughters who passed away on 13th of June 2011. John was buried on 15th June in our absence due to financial constraints.
It is still our wish to travel and fulfill the traditional rituals and participate in the last funeral rites ceremony that takes place on 12th July 2011.
I am appealing all relatives, friends and members of our community in Sweden to assist me raise 20000 in order to facilitate our travel to Uganda before 12th of July 2011.
Jaliya Nalumasi
Please all this people “beging” money all the time..”dont have any jobs in Sweden?? what do you guys liv on??bidrags? i mean how can people liv in Europe and still beg money every time a tragedy strick? dont you have any savings for a bad day?
This is so strange. There are banks in sweden where every body can borrow money instead of beging from others who are here to struggle like you? are you not even ashmed?
Many of you just create stories to raise maney for “semester” faking relatives death? pls Africans wake up.
It is even more shocking when people who have lived here for ages continue beging. is it that Africans we are bord beggers? in African everybody beg ..here in Europe the same thing.
Kalamaris
KSB: Here, it’s called solidarity with friends during times of tragedy. That is how it has been and it looks like that’s the way it’s going to be. Your talk about begging is malicious because even Kenyans back home resort to solidarity during times of tragedy. Kenyans abroad are leading in keeping the economy home running by sending billions every year because the government has failed! Now, Greece, a whole government, is in the red and begging EU for a bail out. Someone has lost the father of her daughters and this may be the most important factor for many here at the moment.
Sorry, but there is nobody by the name of Jaliya Nalumasi registered in Sweden.
KSB: Many people don’t use official names when dealing with friends so it’s possible.
Ok KSB if someone has”pure flour in the bag” why shouldnt they leave their REAL names?? hallo pls wake up! if i have lost a father or a mother, the its of everyone intrest to know its real me who a loved one? why fake it….this is pathetic.
if some wants to go home for holidays, then its better to let us know the truth, otherwise just contact swedish banks for loans,..dont come thru blogg to cone people who are as poor as yourself.
Ok Where are those billions sent by kenyans living abroad? people are more desperate than ever in Kenya ..maybe u havent been there for a while? We never learn..thats why we remain poor for ever
Its a human right to be independent not dependant….
Butamanya
Kalamaris you seem to know more than we do. If it is about the public being lured to donate money for false purposes, then it is evil of the person to use such information.I am alarmed as noted by the second commentator that there is nobody called Jaliya Nalumasi existing in Sweden. We therefore need to be careful. If one is truly in need, why not use an official name?
It seems alarming, not strange though, that people often make uninformed accusations against others whom they do not seem to know. I believe that people who want to react to issues on public forum such as the internet should first attempt to research the issues in question. Ignorance, as they say, is an unfortunate human condition; and understandably so, comments such as those postesd by “Kalamaris” should be excused, since as it seems, the interllect as well as the literat ability to propound thoughful arguments are sadly lacking. Pros and cons of making public requests (or “begging”) may present their views in ways more logical and pleasant for public consumption. And, those who are deficient in the requisite communication skills may ask for assistance or simply stay away from the forum.
Some people have personal differences and bring them up even at times of sorrow.
The lady Kalamaris and Butamanya are talking about is a lady who is so active at fundraisings held in Stckholm .
Jaliya Nalumansi are her real names. what ? Do you two work at Skattemyndigheten to know that she does not exisit ?
Ignorance ,as Karnian mentioned is an unfortunate human condition indeed.
Kalamaris! it’s called solidarity with friends during times of tragedy .
If you are not willing to help out ,shut your big and save your crap.
Some of us have lost good friends and failed to come up with that huge amount needed to be able to send back the bodies but there are good hearted persons out there who are always willing to help.
And they dont do it because they are rich, have alot of savings or dont have their own issues that need that cash but they are human. one will never know who you are or look like since you are also using fake names during this conversation.
I would have loved to see you facially ,you beasts. You live in a foreign land ,it could be you or your family member, remember.
A person is in sorrow and you are busy making fun of her.
Karnian, thanks for your very good and touchy statement.
Mugisha
Polish your english before you come public! That goes to Kalamaris.
They say ,these not this people
Begging is with double” G”
live not liv
Welfare not bidrag
A tragedy strikes but does not strick
Ashamed not ashmed
everybody begs not beg
And when you are starting a new sentence, please use capital letters.
If I knew who you were ,I would have made fun of you.
Mugishu
Mugisha or Mugishu? You should also learn to spell your name correctly, given that you are playing the English language police. KSB is sometimes like a village market in Africa with mad people having diverse opinion. In reality, nobody exists at the Swedish Tax Office with the name Jaliya Nalumasi. What is wrong if one has access to such information? It is a fact unless her ID is hidden for whatever reasons.
