Vituko: Developing Storo…
A Kenyan mother of four was taken into police custody after a scuffle with her teenie son who had allegedly scooped some quid the mother had kept safely inna de house. According to agents working on the storo, the son pounced on the mother, forcing her to defend herself. The mother had questioned the kid about the missing quid. When the situation got critical (with the son almost overpowering the mummy), the mother wired the cops who arrived immediately.
The mother, together with her teenie son, were taken into custody as two younger siblings were also carted away by the Social Welfare authorities for safe custody. The woman’s hubby could not be reached for comment as his cell phone went unanswered.
It is still not known whether any charges came up as police refused to comment on the case, arguing that the matter was still under investigation. This was just another case of Vituko in Kenya-Stockholm as the summer heat intensifies. Agents are following the storo as a matter of “National interest”.

KISS Agents Should Return to Work
KSB’s Intelligence Secret Services (KISS agents) are hereby being requested to return to work after the mid-summer break. During the summer, the blog site has been operating with skeleton staff who were given leave to enjoy the Mid-summer but unfortunately, many of them have not returned to work despite the expiry of their short vacation.
It is critical that affected agents heed this message especially those working at the Department of updates. A volume of information is awaiting action while KSB’s newsmakers and readers alike have started wondering what may have happened. The Mid-summer break ended on Sunday but three days later, many staff members are still at large. Others cannot be reached on their phones thus this notice.
The Management understands that some agents are still busy with projects in the field but agents whose projects are over are being asked to file their reports for processing. KSB readers are getting impatient with lack of updates and agents are kindly requested to heed this notice and treat the matter with the urgency it deserves.

Paperless Kenyan Chick Facing Deportation
The chick was nabbed in the underground with a fake ticket
A mixture of bad luck, bad judgment and sheer carelessness may have led to the arrest of a paperless Kenya-Stockholm chick who is currently in police custody awaiting deportation to Kenya. The girl, known in the Kenya-Stockholm underworld as “Toksique” was arrested in the subway last Saturday as she allegedly travelled with a ticket for underage kids. It is said that she was on her way to Skarpnäck to attend a Party when she was nabbed.
When a ticket officer asked her how old she was, she said she was sixteen but the control team became suspicious because she seemed like someone who had cleared more than 16 calendars on planet earth. To be sure, and as a matter of procedure, the Officers asked for her ID. In the process of investigating her, the team discovered that Toksique had three different ID cards in her purse stating different ages and different identities. The control team then decided to call police who arrived in minutes and after they were updated about Toksique’s circumstances, they took her into custody for further inquiry.
According to investigations by KISS agents who have been following the case as a matter of “national interest”, Toksique was subjected to further investigations at the police station where it was discovered that she sought asylum in Sweden three years ago before her case was dismissed, forcing her into the underground. In other words, she was on the “Wanted List” of Immigration police because when her case was dismissed, she was automatically listed for deportation.
Toksique may have been unlucky because the ticket control team is normally very rare to come by in the underground trains because SL, the company that maintains the underground, is investing more on new machines at entry points that prevent commuters from entering the station without tickets. This development has reduced the number of ticket control teams tremendously because the machines have been very successful.
The Kenyan chick seem to have had bad judgment because in her situation, the last mistake is to commute in the subway without a valid ticket. She may have gotten away with the underage ticket before but there is always a last day for anything. Some Kenyans who know her have told KSB that Toksique was careless because since she had a job, she could have just been purchasing a ticket as part of her safety precautions.
Whatever the case, she is now facing deportation and it is very unlikely that an intervention can stop the process because of her difficult circumstances. The police regard her as a wanted person who has broken the law by faking her age to use an underage ticket and being in procession of several IDs belonging to other people.
In the meantime, another paperless Kenyan chick is in custody “after being sold” by a fellow Kenyan chick who wanted her deported to Kenya. The two have had long running battles about unspecified issues.
An agent hinted that the problems between the two friends reached a climax when the paperless chick started eying her friend’s boyfriend to explore possibilities of luring him into a trap with her precious goods as a way of making Mapepe. When her friend discovered her moves, she became furious and began the process of getting her deported. She tipped police who picked her up easily from an address in Stockholm city.

Uhuru Sneaked 1.2 Billion in Budget to Pay Fake Company
Representation on the inclusion of payments out of the Consolidated Fund to an Austrian Bank ostensibly related to the defunct Ken Ren Chemical and Fertiliser Company factory project
Wednesday 22nd June, 2011
Main Conference Room, County Hall, NairobiKENYA
Honourable Members,
This year Payments to Austria Bawag Bank related to the failed Ken Ren Chemical and Fertiliser Factory project of the 1970s have again been factored into the Budget see Consolidated Fund Services Estimates 2011-2012 at p.16 (attached and as follows)
• 2011/2 = Ksh 372,357,514
• 2012/3 = Ksh 404,709,457
• 2013/4 = Ksh 437,321,723
The Ministry of Finance has made provisions to pay Ksh 1,214,388,694 for a non existent factory this financial year. That the factory is non-existent is well established by the MP for Changamwe where it was supposed to be situated – see Ken Ren Chaani Hansard of 23rd February 2011 statement by Ramadhan Kajembe (attached).
But worse still, Kenya has paid huge sums for this undelivered project in the past. Between 2003 and 2009 the C&AG states the country paid Ksh 2.3 billion for this non existent factory. Thus in the Controller and Auditor General Report 2008 – 2009 (attached) – see page 18 and 19 – the C& AG says
“A review of the two debts in June 2009 showed that a total of Kshs.2,371,887,138.05 made up of principal and interest amounts of Kshs.1,639,409,203.95 and Kshs.732,477,934.10 respectively, had been paid as at 30 June 2009. However, and as observed in the preceding paragraphs, no fertilizer factory had been constructed, thus making the entire expenditure of Kshs.2,371,887,138.05 nugatory.”
This sort of impunity is not new to Treasury – another example is their complete refusal (since April 21st 2011) to provide a requested statement on the tax accounts to Hon John Mbadi – see attached extracts of the Hansard of the National Assembly “Status of the Tax Revenue Account at Treasury”
