One Year After Formation Of Grand Coalition

Okoth Osewe: “There could be a lot of rhetoric about going back to an election but because in Kenya, politics is business, the MPs are already in business and for this reason, logic dictates that they will try to hold on to the coalition government as long as it takes and steer away from any crisis that may lead to the collapse of the coalition” – Stolen Presidency p.419 (November 2008).

Raila Odinga: “By accident, after a very bitter election in 2007 and similar past ones, we ended up with a government that offers the best opportunity to bring Kenyans together. It is my wish that we hold together until 2012. That will give us time to put in place measures that ensures we don’t witness what was seen in 2007″ – Raila Odinga (February 28th 2009)

Okoth Osewe: “Most likely, the Grand Coalition will deliver a new Constitution to the Kenyan people, possibly before the end of 2009″ – Stolen Presidency p. 420 (November 2008)

Raila Odinga: “A new constitution. That is the biggest reform we must achieve this year. Some people have been fighting for constitutional changes since the 1960s when the adulteration of our independence constitution began” – Raila Odinga (February 28th 2009)

Pastor Dumps Barbz And Falls In Love With Terezza

As we mentioned in our last installment, there was not much contact between Barbz and Pastor Mapozi after both of them became homeless. Things looked bleak because there appeared to have been no light at the end of the tunnel. During this period, an abrupt and dramatic romantic twist happened in the life of the Pastor. The Clergyman fell in love with a paperless Filipino woman who had five kids to look after in the Filipines.

In the name of the father

In the name of the father, Barbz and millions

The new lover was a member of the congregation and she worked as a cleaner through a good company that was helping her survive. Barbz did not know about the Filipino woman (apart from her being a Church member) and although she was not meeting frequently with the Pastor, the two lovers did not cut off communication.

It is during this period that news reached the Pastor that Berbz’s contacts in Kenya had succeeded in selling off her property and that she would begin to receive money from her contacts in Kenya through Western Union. KSB agents believe that the Pastor came into contact with Barbz’s documents sent from Kenya through the Church or other channels showing that the sale had gone through and that money would soon start rolling.

When the news reached him, the Pastor was in the Church although it was not a preaching day. It was one of those Wednesdays when he went to the Church office for administrative purposes. Immediately the news was transmitted to him, the Pastor collapsed in a moment of shock.

Fortunately, one of the Pastor’s Kenyan converts was in the Church that day and once he understood that his Pastor boss had experienced something that looked like a heart attack, the Kenyan used his brain and called an ambulance so that the Pastor could be rushed to hospital for medical attention. In the meantime, the Kenyan found himself playing the role of a paramedic to keep the Pastor alive as the ambulance was awaited.

KSB has spoken to this Kenyan although he was unwilling to release further information about “the situation in the room” where the Pastor collapsed or to give graphic details of any pandemonium that may have followed the Pastor’s near-lethal collapse.

Nevertheless, the Kenyan was very apprehensive that the Pastor could pass away and his fears were multiplied by the fact that it was not clear whether it was a heart attack or a lethal stroke. The Pastor was zoomed inside the Ambulance and rushed to hospital where doctors discovered that he had suffered a blood clot in the brain.

He was immediately put under emergency treatment and as extensive examination continued, it was discovered that his life was not in immediate danger. However, the situation was serious enough to make doctors keep the Pastor in hospital for five days. What had shocked the Pastor to trigger a blood clot in his brain that prompted his collapse without notice?

Pastor’s Worsening Economic Condition

He was broke and as Barbz’s cash was getting ready, he had already made a terrible mistake and fallen in love with a Filipino woman whom Barbz did not know about. He had not broken up with Barbz and by taking up the Filipino woman to begin a new relationship, the Pastor was not just being unfaithful to his girlfriend Barbz but was technically cheating in a relationship.

The psychological crisis he faced was that he was already tied up with the Filipino woman and he had already gone very far with the relationship because they were already engaged.

Reversing this process was going to be difficult because forms had allegedly been filled up at the immigration to the effect that they were entering a matrimonial relationship even though a wedding was not yet in the works because he was broke while as a cleaner, it was going to take some time before the Filipino woman could scoop enough cash that could finance a wedding with a homeless husband who was also jobless, frustrated and down after being knocked by both the tough Swedish system and weird circumstances.

In his kind of desperate situation, the Pastor could have been lured into dumping Barbz who was still penniless and living with a good Samaritan of a neighbor back at Upplans Väsby to hook up with the Filipino woman who was already working as a cleaner and who held the only hope of him reorganizing his life. Both Barbz and the Filipino woman had no papers but the Filipino was ahead because at least, she had a job.

The situation was slightly complicated because the little money the Filipino woman (we could call her Terezza) was bringing in was also being used to maintain five kids in the Filipines and what this meant was that even though the Pastor had hooked her up, any financial rehabilitation of the Pastor was gonna take time because of divided expenses.

Hopes of the Pastor gaining ground through the Church were also growing thin because sadaka (church offerings) was so tiny to make any meaningful impact in his miserable economic condition. Besides, the church rent had not been paid for 7 months and this threatened the close down of the church which, in turn, could cast the Pastor from economic frying pan into the real fire.

Despite hard prayers to convince the congregation to dig deeper into their pockets, the global economic crisis precipitated by the international crisis of capitalism had hit members of the congregation very hard and this had reduced their ability to donate huge amounts of cash that could bail the Pastor out.

Although he is known to like “big talk” close acquaintances of the Pastor who have been providing quality intelligence to KSB agents who have been practicing how to “talk in tongues” as a strategy of penetrating into the Pastor’s Network reported that the Pastor is known to be a lazy man who does not like work but who likes spending.

With a bad record in the Swedish system that guarantees that he cannot rent a house with any company in Sweden, the Pastor was, nevertheless, not in a position to get into any gainful employment and this meant that his economic crisis was somehow permanent.

Magic Phone call to Barbz From Hospital Bed
Now that Barbz’s millions would soon begin to roll, what was the Pastor going to do with the Filipino woman? And how was he going to break the news of Terezza to Barbz who apparently, loved him to death? It is the lack of good answers to these questions that nearly gave the Pastor a heart attack.

Once he was admitted in hospital, the Pastor did manage to come to terms with his situation. While still on his hospital bed, he gathered enough courage and picked the phone to call Barbz because he had no better option.

“Hallo darling this is me here”, said the Pastor.

“Oh! Hello sweet heart. How are you doing?”, answered Barbz. She did not know that her sweet heart nearly passed away after collapsing in Church.

“Things are not good honey because I had to be rushed to hospital”, he said.

“Oh my God! What happened?”, asked a shocked Barbz. She held her hand on her chest as her heart skipped a beat.

“I collapsed in the Church and I had to be taken away in an ambulance”, he said. He sounded weak and Barbz could tell that he was unwell.

“Really! Are you Ok darling… Oh my God… what happened?… are you fine… is it OK… tell me”, Barbz enquired, her voice betraying a lot of concern for the Pastor.

“I am OK darling and under medication. I will be fine honey. I know I will be fine and that Jesus will help me go through this. I have faith in God and I continue to pray to our great lord”, said the Pastor.

“Nice to hear that you are strong honey. I know God is with us and we will go through all this together”, she said. She had calmed down because she could talk to him so she knew he was alive.

Although she had just received the news that her property had been sold in Kenya, Barbz avoided telling the Pastor about the news because she didn’t know how he would react after suffering a blood clot in the brain. Little did she know that it is this same news that had apparently landed the Pastor in hospital.

“Can I tell you something darling?”, posed the Pastor.

“Yes please… anything”, answered Barbz.

“I need to see you urgently. I know I will get strength when I see you”, he said.

“Of cause! I have to see you honey. I miss you very much. Ooooh… please I need to hold you. I come tomorrow very early in the morning. Is that OK honey?”, she posed.

“That’s fine with me. God bless you sweet heart”, he said.

“God bless you too honey. See you tomorrow and call me if there is anything, OK?”, she posed as she hung up. She took a deep breath to try and relax.

With those few words, the Pastor set the stage for breaking the news to Barbz about Terezza as he began a come-back strategy that would ensure that he got to Barbz’s millions. Barbz was herself innocent and ignorant of what awaited her once she got to hospital. She had no idea that she was already sharing his man with another woman.

Worse still, she had no idea that the Pastor was already engaged to Terezza. To crown it all, she had no idea that the relationship was so real and so deep that Terezza had bought the Pastor a mobile phone worth 5,000 kr from where the Pastor had been calling her.

Barbz was in for a huge shock and only God knew if she would survive a heart attack. She adored and loved the Pastor with all her heart and the thought that the Pastor could have engaged another woman was practically unthinkable. She had been mistaken.  To be continued.
