Breaking News: Awuonda’s Sister To Attend Funeral
According to information reaching KSB, the younger sister of the late Mr. Moussa Awuonda will be travelling to Sweden to attend her brother’s funeral. A source confirmed to KSB that the sister will travel tomorrow to be in Stockholm before Friday. Information gathered by KSB indicate that the lady had obtained a visa from the Swedish Embassy to travel.
Her presence at the funeral will be a big relief to a cross section of Kenyans who were worried that since Awuonda’s body would be cremated, questions would linger if no immediate family member attends the funeral to be part of the cremation.
KSB has been trying to confirm through a source whether Awuonda’s relatives in Kenya supports the cremation and so far, information obtained indicate that relatives are not ready to state their position over the issue. Awuonda had left a will that his body be cremated and a portion of the ashes be sprinkled in Lake Victoria in Kisumu city.
