I must say that am once again very disappointed by you Kenyans! No wonder I never felt a hint of guilt when I disowned my Kenyan citizenship. Trust me I would do it again and again, given a chance. There is no pride being a Kenyan!
Why all this fuss! Because you Kenyans in Stockholm know nothing better than meddle in other people private affairs. Think of how many homes you have wrecked with your midomo kaya. You should be ashamed. I wish you could be 2% of your Nigerians brothers. Look and learn from them.
Any way I just wanted to set some records straight concerning me and the so called chairman. Yes it’s true we were lovers and still are with serious intention of consummating our undying love into a glorious marriage. And it’s true that he took some loans for me, and who told you that I never deserved it.
What Kenyans don’t know is that I washed and clothed this man for 4 years just as Chinua Achebe said ‘if a boy washes himself up he can dine with kings…..’ and sure enough I did on my own achieve this…and then the competition began.
We were to get married until you midomo kaya started fuelling the fire, what on earth did you expect me to do, sit down and cry for my down fall. Forget it am simply not that naive. Malkia, you seem to be one of the biggest losers in Stockholm and now, you are spilling your frustration here. You need to accept that you were dumped by the Chairman who opted for a new love. It is very amazing that for four years, you were washing clothes expecting that by so doing, you will get to the man’s heart and he will embrace you in marriage.
From what you have written, you were just another hopeless mistress and what you need to do now is to fix a new man and move on. As a woman, I would advice you not to wash more clothes. Try good cooking. My grandma once told me that the road to a man’s heart is his stomach.
You don’t need to yap about the loans the chairman acquired for you because that is history. Take it as payment for washing clothes for four years. Stop dreaming about a love that does not exist. The chairman is blaming wakenya for the current crisis and you are also blaming wakenya for having been dumped. Leave wakenya alone or take a tape and seal their mouths. Dumping your citizenship because of gossip is naïve to say the least.
I don’t understand how the chairman continued to talk about his family and kids in Kenya as you washed clothes expecting that the laundry work will buy you a husband.
